lastminute.com.au ‘Win a $300 lastminute.com.au accommodation voucher’ Game of Skill Competition

1. The Promoter is lastminute.com.au Pty Limited ABN 34091825142, level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.

2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.

4. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.

5. The promotion commences at 9am AEST, 17 January 2011 and closes at midnight AEST, 20 January 2011..

6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Should more than one entry be submitted, only the first entry will be considered for the promotion, with additional entries deleted.

7. To enter the promotion, participants must answer in 25 words or less: ‘If you were a travel reporter, what would be the first destination on your wish list and why?’".

8. The answer to ‘If you were a travel reporter, what would be the first destination on your wish list and why?’ that is judged best by the Promoter will be deemed the winner. This judging will take place at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 9am AEST, 21 January 2011. The winner will receive a $300 lastminute.com.au gift voucher.

9. Voucher valid for offline accommodation bookings only, via the lastminute.com.au customer service team, by calling (02) 8016 4148 .

10. Voucher expires 21 March 2011.

11. Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Vouchers must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.

12. The voucher must be used in a single transaction. No change will be supplied should the total transaction be less than the value of the voucher. Should the total transaction be greater than the value of the voucher, it is the voucher holder’s responsibility to pay the difference.

13. The value of the voucher must cover lastminute.com.au booking fees and charges.

14. The prize will be arranged by the Promoter.

15. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.

16. Should the winner be uncontactable by noon AEST, 21 February 2011, the answer to ‘If you were a travel reporter, what would be the first destination on your wish list and why?’ that is judged second best by the Promoter will be deemed the winner at 12:05pm AEST, 21 February 2011 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

17. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.

18. The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$300.

19. The winner will be notified on the day of the judge’s decision. The winner’s details will also be published at www.lastminute.com.au on 21 January 2011 for a period of three months.

20. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.

21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.

22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

23. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.

24.
