Win a double pass to Tasmania’s massive one day music festival - MS Fest!
The LBLM is giving one lucky member the opportunity to win a double pass to Tasmania’s biggest one day music festival, MS Fest on the Saturday, February 26th 2011.
With a line up of over 40 acts across four massive stages, MS Fest is set to be one great day not to be missed!
The Presets, Bliss N Eso, Birds of Tokyo, Gotye, Gyroscope, Bag Raiders and Architecture in Helsinki are just a few who are set to perform over the one day festival.
Now in its sixth year, MS Fest has established itself as Tasmania’s biggest one day music festival, bringing the best artists from around Australia to perform whilst creating awareness about Multiple Sclerosis. Over the past couple of years the number of people attending MS Fest has risen, so this year festival organisers have added a new stage and released an additional 1,000 tickets!

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Employees of Beam Global Australia, Coca-Cola Amatil, their agents, contractors, consultants and their immediate families (including de facto spouses) or any other persons assisting with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to, anyone who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
4. The Promoter is Beam Global Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 85 003 953 357) of Level 1, Building 2, 49 Frenchs Forest Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW (Promoter).
5. Winners must be prepared to travel to MS Fest (Inveresk Showgrounds, Inveresk Precinct, Foster st corner Invermay rd, Launceston TAS 7248) for the event, which will take place on Saturday 26 February 2011.
The winner must be prepared to travel to and from the festival at their own expense and through their own means.6. The winner will receive the following prize: 1 x double pass for MS Fest at Inveresk Showgrounds on 26 February 2011.
7. Entries to the MS Fest Double Pass Competition will commence on Monday, 24th January 2011 and will close at 5pm EST on February 18th 2011.
8. The winner will be sent all relevant access passes via Express Post from Monday 21st February 2011.
9. All winners must be aged 18 years or older. Proof of age will be required to be sent to Rockstar Management prior to the winner’s prize being sent.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. All winners agree to drink responsibly.
12. Prize is not transferrable. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Winners will be contacted by phone, email and also posted on this website on Monday, 21st February 2011.
14. The competition winner will be drawn at Rockstar Management, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on Friday, 18th February 2011.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter (and its affiliates and companies that work for the Promoter) may use and disclose the information provided by them by entering the information into a database for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, subject to any applicable privacy laws.
16. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
