The Get Foxy 12 week Challenge is Fernwood’s biggest challenge of the year. Comprising of group and individual Personal Training, Food Coaching sessions, fun weekly challenges and heaps more – the Get Foxy Challenge has been designed to keep you motivated and get you the results you want.
As part of the challenge you will be placed into a colour team - Red, Green, Blue, Pink or Yellow – to bring out that competitive spirit, keep you motivated... and because we all know that working out in a group is more fun!
And this year it gets even better; because the National winner of the Get Foxy Challenge will win the ultimate girls getaway to Hawai’i with their two best friends!*
The prize includes return airfares to Honolulu, flower lei greeting on arrival, private limousine airport transfers and 6 nights at the Waikiki Parc Hotel including daily breakfast at PARC am, Nobu Waikiki Dining Experience and a SpaHalekulani 60 minute spa experience!

Get Foxy ChallengeTERMS AND CONDITIONS 2011 – Winners and PrizesClub winners:
•Must have accrued the most points on an individual basis within the club (clubs to check tally) and have their record card completed, signed off and available for review by the judging panel at Fernwood National Support Office
•Must have recorded their progress throughout the 12 weeks in the food and exercise journal provided
•Must have their personal record card and journals submitted to their club at the conclusion of the challenge and then to Fernwood National Support Office to be eligible for National prize
•Must have completed 12 FPT sessions
•Must have completed 12 standard Food Coaching sessions
•Must have had a before and after photograph taken and made available as part of their submission for judging
•Must demonstrate a committed yet sensible approach to their health and fitness i.e., not attending the gym 4 or 5 times a day
•Clearly demonstrate that they have followed the Fernwood Food Coaching Program and FPT strength training principles through documentation in their journals
•Attach the original of their FPT program to their submission
•Previous club and national challenge winners (including, but not limited to, WOW and Biggest Loser challenges) are ineligible from winning the 2011 challenge.
The National Winner will be selected using a combination of the following criteria:
•Total points accrued – evidence of consistent visits
•Evidence of adoption of a sustainable lifestyle mentality through journal entries
•Significant and visible physical results of cm, weight and body fat losses – as evident in photos and journal
To be eligible for consideration as the National Get Foxy winner – entries must include:
•Participant Record
•Food and exercise journal
•Journals must be completed for the full 12 weeks
•Before and after photos
•Adherence to the Fernwood Food Coaching Program clearly demonstrated in journal entries
•Adherence to FPT Strength training principles outlined on submitted program card
•Documentation of thought processes associated with Get Foxy Challenge
If any of these items are not available, the entry will be automatically ineligible.
All entries will be judged by a panel from the National Support Office. The decision made by the panel will take into account ALL of the above factors – NOT JUST TOTAL POINTS ACCRUED.
•National Winner will receive a trip to Hawaii, USA, for themselves and 2 friends – to a value of $10,381
•Four (4) runner up prizes (1 x NSW and ACT, 1 x VIC, 1 x QLD, 1 x TAS/SA/WA/NT) of a Bosch Washing Machine, value $2599, will be awarded.
Timings:
•Challenge commences Monday 14th February 2011
•Challenge concludes Sunday 15nd May 2011
•Get Foxy Challenge club winner journals must be submitted to the National Support Office by COB Monday 16th May 2011
•The Club that has the National Winner will be notified by 23rd May 2011
•The National Get Foxy Challenge winner will be notified at their individual Club Get Foxy Challenge end party scheduled for week ending Sunday 29th May 2011
National and State prizes winners are determined by National Support Office, Fernwood Womens Health Clubs, according to the abovementioned criteria, are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

Hawaiian Airlines
Hawaiian Airlines would be pleased to provide Three (3) x FOC Adult Economy Class tickets Sydney – Honolulu – Sydney flying Hawaiian Airlines in support of the Fernwood Hawaii Tourism Foxy Challenge 2011.
Valid for travel until 31 May 2012 (travel blackouts apply). Travel must be COMPLETED prior to this date. Please note that this prize is NOT inclusive taxes or surcharges, and/or any hotel, transfer, domestic or inter island flights or items of a personal nature.
Terms and conditions of the prize are as per below:
This prize letter is NON-TRANSFERABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE/NON-REPLACEABLE/NON-UPGRADEABLE and therefore, you must confirm the name of the winner in writing, via fax on 02 92442345, within 30 days of the event at which the prize was given, or risk forfeiting it. •The prize winner and their guest(s) must travel together and share the same itinerary.

Airport Transfers

Where multiple state winners exist, the individual with the highest total score will be awarded the prize. Decision made by Fernwood NSO will be deemed final, and no correspondance will be entered into.
