•The winner will be notified on 2 February 2011 by telephone and in writing. The winner's name will be published on the Fraser Lodge Holiday Park Facebook page and website on the 4 February 2011.
•Bookings must be made by phone, not online.
•Only one entry per person is permitted and the competition is open to Australian residents only. Dates of entry are between 4 December 2010 - 30 January 2011 only.
•Stay must be for between 7 February - 30 June 2011. Prize is not valid for stays between the 11 April - 27 April 2011.
•The accommodation is for 3 nights in a Family Villa only.
•Prize is valid for the winner and one other adult only.
•To be eligible to win this competition, entrants must be a fan of the Fraser Lodge Holiday Park, Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort and Kingfisher Bay Resort Facebook pages.
•One winner will be drawn via a computerised draw using the Random Integer Generator and will take place on 1 February 2011 at 10.30am at FreeSpirit Resorts and Holiday Parks Head Office at 117 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters, QLD 4216.
•For any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will take place on 1 May 2011 (3 months from the initial draw date) at FreeSpirit Resorts and Holiday Parks.
•The winner (and their companion/s) are responsible for all other expenses and ancillary costs including spending money, meals, drinks, airfares, transfers, laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals and any extras not detailed in the above prize.
•All activities at Lady Elliot Island are subject to weather and tide conditions. The prize cannot be refunded, only transferred to another day during your stay.
•Stay is subject to availability.
•Prize package must be taken as one, and not broken down into separate elements.
•Prize is not redeemable for cash, not valid in conjunction with any other offer and no further discounts or specials apply.
•If for any reason the winner does not take an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the promoter, then that prize, or element thereof, will be forfeited.
