Competition Terms

1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions of entry. The promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 16 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 2. The promotional period commences January 24, 2011 and closes 11:59pm (AEDST) February 24, 2011. The winners will be contacted by phone and/or mail using the contact details provided in their entry. It is the winners’ responsibility to provide accurate contact details. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. 3. Participants may enter the promotion as follows. During the promotional period all valid entrants who visit the cosmopolitan website www.cosmopolitan.com.au must answer in 25 words or less “Who is the one person you’d give up anything to smooch?” Entry must also include the entrant’s name, daytime phone number and mailing address. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected entries, or incomplete or incorrect entrant contact details. Incomplete, illegible, incorrect and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging. 4. Multiple entries accepted but each entry must be submitted separately and must be unique. 5. The best two entries will win SMOOCH VIP Ambassador cards worth $1500 each. The total value of the major prize is $3000. 8. The prize is non transferable or exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. 9. Entries not completed in accordance with the rules and conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered valid and will not be included in the judging. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. 10.
