Our wine of the month is Dirty Girls Bubbles from Sylvan Springs at McLaren Vale.

The Pridmore family has been involved in viticulture in the McLaren Vale for nearly 120 years and grows seriously good fruit in addition to making some great wines. In recent years they’ve added Dirty Girls to the range with playful wine labels.

The name Dirty Girls reflects the fun life of the Pridmore vineyard dogs who forage and play among the vines and consequently create a mess when they head inside.
The wine is made from early-picked Chardonnay fruit and has bright notes of melon and fruit with creaminess on the palate. www.sylvansprings.com.au
