Terms & Conditions - 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Employees of Beam Global Australia, Coca-Cola Amatil, their agents, contractors, consultants and their immediate families (including de facto spouses) or any other persons assisting with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to, anyone who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
4. The Promoter is Beam Global Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 85 003 953 357) of Level 1, Building 2, 49 Frenchs Forest Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW (Promoter).
5. Winners must be prepared to travel to The Gaelic Club 64 Devonshire st Surry Hills 2010 for the various events chosen to be attended by the winner of this competition. The winner must be prepared to travel to and from the events at their own expense and through their own means.
6. Double passes to the Gaelic club are limited to one per month
7. The winner will receive the following prize: 24 x tickets to various shows at the Gaelic Club valued at $30 ea ($720AUD) Total Prize pack value is $720
8. Entries to the competition commence 24/01/2011 and will close on Monday 28/02/11 at 5pm EST
9. The draw will take place at Rockstar Management (224 Riley Street, Surry Hills 2010) on Monday 28/02/11 at 5pm EST
10. The winner will be informed about how they will receive their tickets when they are notified about winning the competition.
11. All entrants must be aged 18 years or older. Proof of age will be required.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. All winners agree to drink responsibly and abide by the RSA laws of the governing state.
14. Prize is not transferrable. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. Winner will be contacted by phone and email, and winner’s names will be posted on theLBLM.com on Tuesday 28/02/2011
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter (and its affiliates and companies that work for the Promoter) may use and disclose the information provided by them by entering the information into a database for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, subject to any applicable privacy laws.
17. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
