Terms and Conditions – HOP Promotion 2011
1.Information on how to enter, promotional material and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2.Entry is only open to NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, WA and TAS residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (Pace Farm Pty Ltd), participating outlets and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3.The HOP Promotion commences 1st Feb 2011 and closes at midnight AEST 10th April 2011. The draw takes place at Pace Farm Pty Ltd, 1 Kippist Avenue Minchinbury NSW at 10:30am on 13th April 2011. The winners of the competition will be notified by mail and phone.
4.To enter during the promotional period, customers must purchase a minimum of one promotional package (Natural Living 600g, Natural Living 700g or Natural Living 800g). Customers may then enter the promotion at www.pacefarm.com and follow the prompts. Customers must accept the Terms and Conditions to be a part of the promotion.
5.Customers may enter as many times they like provided they have bought a carton of promotional Natural Living per entry. Customers will only be eligible to win one of each prize i.e. One major prize (i.e. one Family Farm stay), One instant win prize ( i.e. one Family movie pass) and one minor prize ( i.e. one Hop promotional pack). If customers win more than one family movie pass in the instant win draw, the first pass will be won but the second family pass will forfeited and go back into the draw.
6.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the terms and conditions of entry.
7.The promoter will advertise the winners on the website www.pacefarm.com on 30th April 2011.
8.The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9.The total prize pool is up to $18936.
10.There are 7 “Major Prize” winners of Family Farm stays for a family of two adults and two accompanying children for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights staying in shared accommodation with breakfasts provided where available. One major prize will be awarded in each of the following states and territories, valued at up to $1500 per Family Farm Stay in NSW , ACT , VIC , QLD ,WA , SA, and TAS – Total value $10500. Pricing is based on RRP. Holidays are subject to availability at time of booking and must be taken in accordance with the conditions below and may subject to “Black out” periods such as school holidays, Easter, Christmas, and New Year. Winners will be required to make their own way to and from each selected destination at their own expense. Winners will be required to abide by guest rules and instructions in keeping with working farms where so instructed by the Farm Stay management. The Promoter also reserves the right to change holidays if necessary in its absolute discretion.
11.There are 100 “Instant win prizes” The instant win prize is one family movie pass (i.e. 2 adults and 2 children) to see the HOP movie in season. Each pass is valued at $60 each – Total value ($6000)
12.There are 25 “Minor prizes” of HOP Merchandise packs valued at $97.45 each – total value $2436.25. Each merchandise pack consists of 1x Hoodie RRP $49.95, 1 x back pack RRP $35, 1 x Hop Ears RRP $12.50
13.The Promoter “Pace Farm PTY LTD” takes no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
14.The Promoter may conduct further prize draws at 1 Kippist Ave Minchinbury NSW on 14th July 2011 at 1.30pm, as necessary to distribute remaining prizes if entries from the various states are insufficient or ruled ineligible in prize draw.
15.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury that is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of the prizes, excepting for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16.Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries not received due to electronic failure on either the receivers or senders end.
17.If the winner of the “Farm stay” prize is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parents or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. Family movie passes to see HOP will be sent to the prize winner regardless of age.
18.If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Pace Farm, Pace Farm, subject to state legislation reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the competition.
