From the Beatniks to Bono, generations of poets and lyricists have conducted their craft behind chic shades. Perhaps it’s something about the shimmering beauty of the outside world, or just the frequent hangovers. Whatever, now it's your chance to join them on the sunsmart bandwagon to artistic acclaim, thanks to the art patrons at Electric Visual.

The Four Eyes On The Prize competition is offering two budding poets a year’s supply of Electric sunnies (12 pairs) each. All you gotta do is write a poem, song or other literary tome to your favourite Electric team rider to win.

That sounds hard, what do I have to do again?

Relax. It’s easy. Just follow these steps:


    * Send us a poem about your favourite Electric team rider (Watch the clips above for inspiration)

    * List your 12 favourite pairs of Electric sunglasses

    * Send via the link below

    * Win (hopefully…)


The two best and most creative poems will win. Entries close Tuesday March 1st, 2011. Winners will be notified by 4th March 2011 - 11.00 (AEDT)
