Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is conducted by Peet Limited on behalf of Peet Cardinia Lakes Syndicate Limited ABN 48 102 498 617 of Level 3,
492 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC 3004 and commences 28 January 2011 and closes 5pm AEDST on the 27 February 2011.
2. Entry is open to Cardinia Lakes residents aged 12 years and under.
3. To enter the competition, entries must be on the official entry form and:
(a) be completed in full including the details of the entrant and their parent or guardian and the age of the entrant; and
(b) include the coloured in entry form picture; and
(c) be placed into the entry box located in the be placed into the entry box located in the Cardinia Lakes Sales Office at Bonneville Parade,
Pakenham Victoria 3810 during opening hours, posted to PO Box 448, Leederville, WA 6903 or emailed to community@peet.com.au
by 5pm AEDST on 27 February 2011.
4. Official entry forms can be obtained from:
(a) Cardinia Lakes Sales Office at Bonneville Parade, Pakenham Victoria 3810 during opening hours; or
(b) www.cardinialakes.com.au
5. One winner will be selected from each of the following two age categories:
(a) 3 to 6 years old; and
(b) 7 to 12 years old.
6. The winner for each age category will be decided by Peet Limited on 4 March 2011. The competition is a game of skill and the decision
of Peet Limited (to be made in its absolute discretion) is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will
be notified by mail and/or telephone as indicated by the entrant on the official entry form. The winning entries will be displayed in the
Cardinia Lakes Sales Office, Bonneville Parade, Pakenham Victoria 3810 and on the website www.cardinialakes.com.au.
7. The winner of each of the two age categories will receive a Village Cinemas family movie pass, comprising two adult and two children’s
tickets, valued at $63 (including GST) each.
8. Competition entrants and their parents and/or guardians irrevocably:
(a) consent to the results of the draw being displayed to the public at the Cardinia Lakes Sales Office at Cardinia Lakes, Pakenham,
Victoria, 3810 and on www.cardinialakes.com.au; and
(b) gives ownership of the entrant’s entry to Peet Limited for no fee or charge.
9. If after making all reasonable efforts, Peet Limited cannot locate a prize winner within five working days after the judging panel decision,
the winner forfeits their prize and agrees to Peet Limited selecting another winning entry.
10. Employees of Peet Limited, their families and agents are ineligible to enter.
11. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
12. Limit of one entry per person.
