 To celebrate the ‘true’ start to the New Year and to celebrate the start of EFM’s 6 week Challenge, we’re asking the couples of Adelaide to dob/nominate/give a hearty push to their partner in and get ready for the ultimate competitive challenge!

Register your details below to participate in the toughest girls versus boys, husband versus wife, girlfriend verses boyfriend challenge going round. Lynne Hayes and Sean Craig Murphy will act as team captains and a total of 5 couples will be selected.

The teams will be broken up into two – a group of girls and a group of boys.
Over 6 weeks, the teams will need to complete the challenge set out by EFM, with Lynne and Sean joining in along the way.

At the end of the 6 week period the team who is deemed to have lost the most percentage of body weight will have the ultimate prize – bragging rights!

PLUS the best performing girl and boy will each win a 12 month membership at EFM Healthclubs!
