TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to claim & entitlements form part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. A claim under this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3.The Promotion is only open to “Eligible Claimants”, being individuals who:
I. are residents of Australia; and
II. are not employees of HAGEMEYER BRANDS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ( “The Promoter”) , or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Promotion; and
III. are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and
IV. are not purchasing as part of a business or commercial venture.
4. The Promotion Period commences 12.01am 14 February 2011 and concludes 11.59pm 31 March 2011 (“Promotion Period”).
5. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected claims.
6.Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
8. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Claimant must purchase a Blanco cooktop, built-in oven or freestanding cooker from a participating retail outlet throughout Australia between 14 February 2011 to 31 March 2011 (“Qualifying Purchase”), evidenced by the purchase receipt. Upon Qualifying Purchase consumers will need to complete a Promotion claim form available online at
www.blanco-australia.com.
10.Each claim must be made on a fully completed Promotion claim form with a photocopy of the original purchase receipt attached and posted in a stamped envelope to:

All purchases must be made in the promotional period. Final claims close 31 March 2011. Last mail received 8 April 2011. Any claims received after this date will not be considered.
11.Every original and valid claim received during the Promotion Period will each receive one (1) Rick Stein Mediterranean Escapes Cookbook (“Gift”).
12.Claimants must allow 60 days for delivery of the Gift.
13. Multiple claims accepted, subject to:
I. Each claim must be associated with a separate Qualifying Purchase as detailed above and;
II. Each claim must be on a separate Promotion claim form, in a separate stamped envelope and accompanied by a photocopy of the purchase receipt.
14. The Promoter will not provide the Gift where an eligible claimant has paid only the deposit on a Blanco cooktop, built-in oven or freestanding cooker or has entered into a rental, lay-by (unless lay-by was commenced and paid in full during the Promotion Period), finance, leasing or other arrangement. The Gift will not be provided on back-ordered products or seconds products.
15. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and/or Promotion/advertised special and only applies to the Blanco products detailed above.
16. Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17.Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
18.Confirmation of printing errors and other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusing payment of claims.
19.Where the Gift is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
20.If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned by the Promoter (which includes any matter beyond the control of the Promoter including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other cause(s) which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion) then the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual and to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend the Promotion.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of claiming or using the Gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to request Eligible Claimants to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
23. All claims become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the Promotion. By claiming under this offer, unless otherwise advised, each claimant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information to conduct the Promotion and may disclose it to organisations that provide it with administrative services in this regard. Claimants consent to the Promoter so using and disclosing personal information. If claimants tick the opt-in box on the Promotion claim form, claimants also agree that the Promoter may send future material for its future Promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter. Claimants are entitled to access, update or correct this information. Any request to do so should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below.
24. Rick Stein Cooking Experience . Blanco are also giving everyone who purchases a Blanco built-in oven, cooktop or freestanding cooker from a participating retail outlet throughout Australia between 14 February 2011 to 31 March 2011 (“Qualifying Purchase”), the opportunity to win 2 tickets to a Rick Stein cooking experience, either at Blanco’s Sydney Showroom to be held on the 19th April 2011 or at Blanco’s Melbourne Showroom to be held on the 11th April 2011. Upon Qualifying Purchase consumers will need to fully complete the online entry form at
www.blanco-australia.com and the entry will be qualified by validating the purchase receipt number, store name and location provided by the entrant on the on-line entry form.
25. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). Entries will be selected by a panel of judges and will be determined based on merit. The judging of entries will commence on the 4th April 2011 at 12:00 noon (AEDST) at 104 Vanessa Street, KINGSGROVE, NSW 2208.
26. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize winner(s) will be notified by phone and email using contact details provided in their entry. Notification will occur within 4 days of the judges’ decision.
27 . PRIZES – Rick Stein Cooking experience tickets. There are 40 tickets available. 20 tickets for Sydney 19th April 2011 and 20 tickets to Melbourne 11th April 2011. Each winner will receive 2 (two) tickets to one or the other venue only. 20 winners in total. Prize includes return economy airfares for 2 (two) people ex winner’s closest capital city. Accommodation is not included in the prize.
28. Failure to enforce any clause of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision by the Promoter.
