Offer open to all Australian residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, its agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.
2. Instructions on how to claim and details of the gift form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

To enter, purchase a specially marked pack of Ribena carrying a promotional sticker. Enter the unique code printed on the underside and complete all required fields at www.ribenapromo.com.au to claim your gift. 4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter may also require verification of purchase via the original receipt of purchase. All entrants must retain their original receipt of purchase (clearly showing the date/time and place of purchase) as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of a claimant’s claim and forfeiture of any right to the gift.

Each unique code may only be used once, and the offer is restricted to 1 claim per household. 10. The gift is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else of value.
