1. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. All entries are via
onehd.com.au or ten.com.au as advertised on these  websites, email newsletter and on OneHD or 
Network TEN. In order to qualify to submit an entry, viewers must be registered member of either
website. It is free to become a member.

2. The competition is open to all permanent residents of Australia. To be eligible for the Runner Up
Prize, entrants must be registered NetFest 2011 participants and, as a condition of NetFest 2011, be
over the age of 18 years. Cost of entry via the internet is free. Internet connection rates apply.

3.  Employees of the Promoter, Netball Australia and their immediate families and agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with the OneHD/TEN website membership rules.

5. Fraudulent memberships/ entries will be deemed invalid.  To enter, entrants will be required to
provide various personal information including but  not limited to name, email address, residential
address, contact phone number/s, and gender for the purpose of verifying eligibility.

6. A limit of 1 entry per member per day applies.

7. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the prize winners.

8. The competition entry period commences on  Saturday 9 April 2011 at 00:01 AEST  and
concludes at 23:59 EDST on Saturday 07 May 2011 AEST.

9. The winner/s will be judged, commencing  Monday 09 May 2011 at 11:00 am AEST at the
premises of the promoter. The most creative/engaging answer/s as determined by the promoter will
be deemed the 'major winner''. The most creative/engaging answer by a registered NetFest 2011
participant will be judged as determined by the promoter will be deemed the ‘runner up’ to win the
NetFest 2011 prize.  Judges/Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

10. Prizes and values are as follows:
1 x major winner will receive:
• 4 x return economy airfares to the Gold Coast, Qld (from the winners nearest capital city) valued at
a maximum of $2000 (depending on point of departure)
• Four night’s accommodation in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Q1 Spa and Resort valued at
$1500
• 4 x VIP Theme Park Passes (Two Worlds in Three Days) valued at $400
• Car hire including standard insurance, Gold Coast, valued at $400
Total prize is valued at $4,300 (depending on point of departure)
