1. To be eligible for the major prize, entrants must have purchased a ticket online (at
www.imax.com.au) to the film Born to be Wild 3D between 9 April 2011 - 31 May 2011 and enter their details in this entry form online, including answering the question:
“Tell us in 25 words or less why you'd like to win an opportunity to travel to Borneo - with a friend - to see the Orang Utan in the wild first-hand.” Information on this competition page forms part of the conditions of entry. Entrants do not need to keep their ticket printout as proof of online purchase, rather names will be checked against a master list of all online purchasers for Born to be Wild 3D and matched with competition entrants.
2. Competition runs from 9:00am AEST on 28 April 2011 to 5:00pm AEST on 31 May 2011. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. Entry is valid for tickets purchased online from 9 April - 31 May 2011 inclusive.
3. Entrants will be judged on merit and a winner selected on the basis of the quality of the response to the question.
4. Entrants must also purchase a ticket online at
www.imax.com.au in order to qualify for the competition.
5. Prize is for two adults on the Kumuka Worldwide ‘Save the Orang Utan Family Adventure’ and return economy international flights from nearest Australian state capital to Denpasar, Bali. Travel on the tour must commence by 31 December 2011 otherwise tour prize will be forfeited. See below for full travel prize terms and conditions.
6. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The draw will take place at 11am on 1/06/2011 at the IMAX Theatre, 31 Wheat Rd Darling Harbour.
8. Prize winners will be notified by email on 01/06/2011.
9. By entering the competition you give consent to join the IMAX online subscriber club ‘MYMAX’ to receive news of films and special offers.
10. Employees of the LG IMAX Theatre Sydney and Kumuka Worldwide and Flight Centre and their promoters, are ineligible for entry.
11. The promoter and companies associated with the competition accept no responsibility for many loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained by using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Kumuka Worldwide Terms and Conditions:
1. Prize is for two adults on the Kumuka Worldwide Save the Orang Utan Family Adventure and return economy international flights from nearest state capital to Denpasar, Bali.
2. Travel on the tour must commence by 31 December 2011 otherwise tour prize will be forfeited.
3. Winner must be aged 18 years and over. Winners over 65 years will be required to submit information to Kumuka to ensure suitability for this tour prior to travel being confirmed.
4. International airfares are ex nearest state capital city. Travel to and from this point will be at extra cost and the responsibility of the winner.
5. The prize is non-transferable to other persons and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. Prize cannot be exchanged for another tour. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by Kumuka then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
6. Additional spending money, pre and post tour accommodation, meals, insurance, taxes, passports, visas, items of a personal nature, inoculations, travel to and from departure point, and all other ancillary costs are not included as part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
7. The winner is required to obtain the relevant and suitable travel insurance at their own expense in order to be able to take the holiday prize. It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports, visas and health requirements, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s.
8. The prize winner must be one of the travelling party and all travelling companions must travel on the same tour as the prize winner.

sales@kumuka.com.au to claim the prize.
10. By accepting the prize, the prize winner and travelling companions agree with the booking terms and conditions of travel on a Kumuka tour. Tour is subject to availability as determined by Kumuka Worldwide. Should this tour not be redeemable, Kumuka reserves the right to substitute an alternative tour and international flights to equal or lesser value.
11. Once booked the departure date confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled or prize will be forfeited.
12. It is a condition of the prize that nothing is written by the prize winner about the tour or Kumuka in any publication or website without the written approval of Kumuka.
