“Kleenex® Cottonelle® Kids’ Gift Packs” Promotion – Conditions of Entry1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Kleenex® Cottonelle® Kids’ Gift Packs” Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

The Promotion commences 30 March 2011 at 00:01 AEST and closes 1 June 2011 at 23:59 AEST (Entry Period).3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are members of Kleenex Mums. If you are not already a member you can join online at
www.kleenexmums.com.au (Kleenex Mums Website). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
Entry
4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5. To enter (Entry) the entrant must:
(1) log onto
www.kleenexmums.com.au/kidsgiftpack ;
(2) sign in to Kleenex Mums or sign up if not already a Kleenex Mums member;
(3) complete all the information requested for Entry into the Promotion including:
(a) personal contact information;
(b) a response to the promotion question: In 25 words or less, tell us how Kleenex® Cottonelle® Flushable Moist Wipes for Kids would be useful for your family;
(4) follow the link in the email sent by the Promoter to confirm Entry into the Promotion prior to the end of the Entry Period.
Judging of Entries6. All Entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. Entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time the entrant confirms the Entry by following the link in the email sent by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
8. Limit of one entry per person.
9. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entry.
10. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs/ viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
11. Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will void the entrant’s entry.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any inappropriate entries as determined in the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entries which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. All valid Entries will be judged after the Entry Period by a panel appointed by the Promoter. The Promoter will judge the entries based on creativity, skill and originality.
15. The best 10 entries, as judged above, will win a prize. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
16. The winners will be announced on the Kleenex Mums Website by 10 June 2011. If a prize is not claimed by 16 September 2011, the winner will forfeit his or her prize.
Prize17. Each of the 10 winners will win a Kleenex® Cottonelle® for Kids gift pack. Each gift pack is worth RRP $35.95 and contains:-

18. The total prize value is up to a maximum of $359.50. The value of the prize(s) is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s) after that date.
19. A Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash (except as expressly stated in the Conditions of Entry). A prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by the winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prizes with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
General
20. All tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Promotion or receiving, taking or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
22. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Entry.
23. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
24. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the Promotion, you:
- declare that your entry (Work) is your own original work and not copied in whole or in part from any other person, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. “intellectual property rights” means all copyright, trade secrets, confidential information, trademark, design, patent, trade name or other proprietary rights or any rights to registration of such rights;
- agree that the Promoter and its agents, licensees and assigns are entitled to use and reproduce the Work for any purpose whatsoever worldwide, including display in television commercials or online at the Kleenex Mums Website and uses which, in Promoter’s opinion, are in connection with the promotion and sale of its products and services in any geographic region worldwide without restriction;
- waive any right to inspect or approve any use or reproduction by or on behalf of the Promoter of any part of your Work, including any written copy or proofs that may be created in connection with the Work;
- consent to Promoter and the Promoter’s agents, licensees and assigns using your Work for promoting our products and services without attributing to you the authorship of the Work, without you inspecting or approving the Work, and also to the extent that our use of the Work materially alters or distorts the Work (whether by changing, adding to or deleting/removing any part of the Work)’; and
- acknowledge that Promoter may choose not to use or display your Work, and may not reproduce your Work on the Kleenex Mums Website or any other medium.
25. The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.
26. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request).
