COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The TeleChoice Mailing List Club competition is open for entry by all Australian residents, other than TeleChoice employees and suppliers associated with TeleChoice.

You can enter the TeleChoice Mailing List Club competition by providing a valid email address to TeleChoice for direct marketing purposes. You may opt out of the TeleChoice direct email competition at any time by emailing β€˜OPT OUT’ to telechoice.info@telechoice.com.au at any time, however, you will not be eligible to be included in any prize draw conducted as a part of the TeleChoice direct email competition from the time that you opt out.

South Australian residents are not permitted to enter the competition until Friday 25 February 2011, pending trade lottery permit approval. Victorian residents are not permitted to enter the competition until Wednesday 16 March 2011, pending trade lottery permit approval.

The competition start date is 1 January 2011 and close date is 31 December 2011. Entry for each month’s draw will close at 11.59pm on the last day of each month. A new prize draw will be conducted at 10.00am on 1 Feb, 1 March, 1 April, 2 May, 1 June, 1 July, 1 August, 1 September, 3 October, 1 November, 1 December 2011 and 3 January 2012. The prize draws will be conducted by randomly selecting email addresses from those that have been entered into the competition. Your entry is valid for each prize draw, unless you opt out. You do not need provide a separate entry for each month of the competition. The prize draw will be conducted at the TeleChoice National Office, located at 74 Eastern Road, South Melbourne, Victoria, 3205.

Prizes for the TeleChoice Mailing List Club competition will vary from month to month. Full details and values of the prizes to be awarded each month will be published on the TeleChoice website (www.telechoice.com.au).

Winners and re-draw winners of any prize will be contacted by email after the prize draw, at which time they will be asked to provide a valid mailing address for delivery of the prize. The names of winners and re-draw winners of any prize will be published on the TeleChoice website (South Australian winners of prizes over $250 will be published in The Australian). If any winner of a prize has not claimed the prize, or responded to contact by email, within three months of the date of the prize draw, a redraw from entry database will occur at 10.00am and in the same location on 2 May, 1 June, 1 July, 1 August, 1 September, 3 October, 1 November, 1 December 2011 and 3 January, 1 February and 1 March 2012. The total prize pool for the promotion is up to $22,094.

The promoter of the TeleChoice direct email competition is Business Service Brokers Pty Ltd ACN 069 049 994, located at 74 Eastern Road, South Melbourne, Victoria, 3205. The promoter’s decisions about prize draws are final, with no correspondence being entered into.

The promoter confirms that email addresses provided as entry into the TeleChoice Mailing List Club competition will not be made available to third parties.
