1. The promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 and over (except employees and
immediate families of the Promoter, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, a division of Johnson &
Johnson Pacific Pty Ltd (ACN 001 121 446) (JJVC) and each of their affiliate companies,
agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).
2. Instructions and information about this promotion, how to enter and prizes form part of these
Terms & Conditions. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions by
participating in this promotion.
3. No purchase necessary. Entries are submitted through the 1•DAY ACUVUE®
MOIST® promotional page on
www.fasterlouder.com.au. To enter, entrants must:
a. register as a member on the

b. go to

c. we will then reply via e-mail with a link to download your free introductory trial of the
1•DAY ACUVUE® MOIST® CONTACT LENSES go to a participating optometrist with
this voucher and trial the1•DAY ACUVUE® MOIST® contact lenses and participate in
the trial in accordance with the trial conditions at
https://asia.acuvue.com/ap/forms/au/av/moist/etrial/default.aspxd. then, after trialling the product, complete the entry form and submit a review of the
product to the promotional page on
www.fasterlouder.com.au. No word limit applies.
4. Competition entries open at 10am AEST on 28th April, 2011 and close at 12pm AEST on 24th
June, 2011. Entry form and review must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional
Period.
5. Only one entry per person is allowed. Each entrant must submit a review that is written by
themselves and does not infringe any other party’s rights.
6. Winners will be drawn at 9am AEST on the 24th June, 2011 at 5/113 Reservoir St, Surry Hills
NSW 2010.
7. The first 10 valid entries drawn will each win a prize. This competition is a game of chance and
winners will be drawn by the promoter at random. Entries must be complete and comply with
these Terms & Conditions (including that the entrant has registered on the ACUVUE trial and
has submitted a review of the trial product of the 1•DAY ACUVUE® MOIST® CONTACT
LENSES). The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All
entries become the property of the promoter.
8. Each complete and valid entry that is submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions
has an equal chance of winning a prize. This is a game of chance and the entrant’s opinion in
their review has no bearing on the selection of winners. In other words, whether an entrant
does or does not like the product has no effect on that entrant’s chance of winning.
9. Winning entries (including the review and the entrant’s name) may be published on
www.fasterlouder.com.au. Each entrant grants to the promoter (and each of its assignees and

licensees) a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free licence to use their entry in any
media (including the internet) worldwide and consents to the promoter (and each of its
assignees and licensees) using the entrant’s entry, without attribution to the entrant or
payment for use of the entrant’s in any media worldwide.
10.The total prize pool value is $2,000 (incl GST), and the value of each of the 10 prizes is $200
(incl GST).
11.Each of the 10 prizes consists of a double pass to a FasterLouder-presented event of their
choice. You may choose any FasterLouder-presented event, in any Australian State or Capital
Territory up until April 20, 2012. Upcoming tours include, but are not limited to, Children
Collide, Grinspoon.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves
the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or
specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Prizes are not
transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event for any reason a
winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that
element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that
element of the prize.
12.Winners will be contacted via phone and email by Friday, 24th June, 2011.. The promoter may
require a winner to verify their entry and provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of
residency and proof of participating in the product trial. Identification and proof of participation
in the trial considered suitable for verification is at the promoter’s discretion. Prizes will be
mailed by the promoter directly to the winner to the Australian address provided on their entry
form prior to the FasterLouder presented event.
13.If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Term & Conditions, the entry will be
discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in
the unclaimed prize draw in accordance with paragraph 14.
14.In the event the winner does not accept or claim their prize by 5pm 24th August, 2011, , the
winner shall forfeit his/her prize and the Promoter will conduct such further draws on 27th
August, 2011 at the same location and time as the original prize draw as are necessary to
distribute the prizes, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority. Any
unclaimed prizes shall be awarded to the next valid entry drawn in this unclaimed prize draw.
15.Once any prize has left the promoter’s/supplier’s premises, the promoter and its agencies and
companies associated with the promotion (including JJVC) will not be responsible for any
delay in delivery, loss or damage to the prize.
16.To the maximum extent permitted by law (and where liability which cannot be excluded by law,
that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), the promoter, JJVC and their
associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation,
indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, death or personal
injury which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in
connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize (including by or to the winner or
his/her friend in connections with either of their participation in the prize). The winner will be
responsible for any damage to the venue (including its contents) visited by the winner as part
of the prize that the winner or his/her friend caused as a result of a deliberate or negligent act
or omission of the winner or his/her friend respectively.
17.The promoter and event organizers associated with the prize expressly reserve the right to
eject any winner (and/or his/her nominated friend) for any inappropriate behaviour, including

but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in the prize, or if the promoter determines, in
their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to
be able to safely participate in the prize. Entrants acknowledge that there are inherent risks in
some aspects of the prize and that using the prize involves participating in dangerous
activities. By entering this promotion and accepting the prize, entrants accept that risk.
18.Each winner (and the person participating in the prize with the winner) may be required to take
part in reasonable publicity. The promoter may photograph, video and/or film the journey in
connection with the prize. Winners acknowledge that the promoter has the right to use such
publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit
without further permission from or payment to winners.
19.The promoter reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion if,
in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so, save that the promoter shall not
exercise this right unreasonably, and any exercise of this right is subject to any written
approval from a relevant Regulatory Authority. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion
or the product trial is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by
computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter (or, in the case of the
product trial, beyond the control of JJVC) which corrupts or affects the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion or the product trial, the promoter may in
its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any
affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory,
where required.
20.The promoter reserves the right to disqualify and exclude any entries which it believes to be
fraudulent or based on misconduct. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries, and in its
sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this promotion by,
any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the
operation of the promotion or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive or
dishonest manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
21.Each entrant is responsible for paying for the costs associated with entering the promotion and
accessing the websites.
22.The promoter, JJVC and each of their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties
experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion and accept no responsibility for any late,
lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries,
claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion,
theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The
Promoter and JJVC have no control over mobile telephone communications, networks or lines
and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic
congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter and JJVC are not liable for any
consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
23.An entrant’s personal information (PI) will be collected and held for the purpose of
administering the promotion (including selecting and notifying the winner and verifying the
validity of entrants and entries) and will not be used for any other purposes whatsoever
without their prior permission. The PI of entrants may be provided to third parties (including
JJVC, prize suppliers and deliverers) assisting with the promotion including verifying the
validity of entrants and entries. By entering the promotion entrants consent to the use of their
PI as described and agree that the promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other
organisations that may use it, for the purpose of the promotion without any further reference or
payment to the entrant. If the PI requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in

the promotion. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the promoter may
determine the entrant is not eligible to win a prize. A request to access, update or correct any
information should be directed to the promoter at their address set out below. Entrants grant
the promoter permission to communicate with them by phone and/or e-mail in order to provide
details of the prize and/or instructions as to how the winner is to claim the prize and establish
