TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the KeyInvest Lending Services “Hit your mortgage for 6” promotion.1. Issued by KeyInvest Lending Services (Australian Associated Advisers Pty Ltd ABN 36 084 974 694
and KeyInvest Lending Pty Ltd ABN 89 145 406 926).
2. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is open to natural persons over the age of 18, resident in South Australia, Victoria, New South
Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia, excluding:
(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of KeyInvest Ltd, KeyInvest Lending Services
and the agencies associated with this promotion; or
(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian or child of a person referred to in paragraph 3(a).
4. Only one entry per person will be accepted. By entering the draw, the entrant acknowledges that he or
she has read, understands and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The promotion commences at 9am ACST on Monday 28 March 2011 and finishes at 5pm ACST on
Thursday 30 June 2011. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
6. KeyInvest Lending Services accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. The promotion consists of 1 prize draw with the winner being:
(a) the first valid entry drawn; and
(b) a person who has a Valid Mortgage as at 30 June 2011.
8. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the term "Valid Mortgage" means a home loan in the
name of the natural person, the application for which has been approved and settled by a bank or
other authorised deposit taking institution.
9. The result of any draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize must be taken as offered and may not
be varied.
11. Prize value is in Australian dollars. The winner should be aware that tax implications may arise as a
result of claiming the prize and should seek independent financial advice prior to claiming the prize.
12. The first entry drawn will win up to A$10,000 paid off their Valid Mortgage. The amount paid as the
prize will be determined by the winner’s average monthly mortgage repayment obligations (and not the
actual amount paid by the winner) over the period starting 28 March 2011 and ending 30 June 2011.
The prize amount will be paid over 6 months from August 2011 at a maximum of $1,666 per month. In
order to claim his or her prize, the winner must provide their mortgage bank account details when
requested by KeyInvest Lending Services.
13. Where the winner's Valid Mortgage is a fixed loan, the prize will be paid into the winner's selected
savings account as if that account were their mortgage bank account.
14. Where the winner has more than 1 Valid Mortgage the winner must elect which Valid Mortgage they
wish the prize to be applied to. The value of the prize will be calculated by reference to the Valid
Mortgage elected by the winner.

15. The first draw will be conducted on 11 July 2011 at 12 noon CST at 81 The Parade, Norwood,
Australia SA 5067 and the results will be published in The Australian on 16 July 2011. The winner will
be notified by email and telephone.
16. Should the prize for the promotion remain unclaimed, or the first valid entry drawn is a person who
does not has a Valid Mortgage as at 30 June 2011, KeyInvest Lending Services may conduct a
second chance draw at 81 The Parade, Norwood, Australia SA 5067 at 4pm ACST on Monday 29
August 2011, subject to any directions given by any relevant State or Territory department or authority.
The winner will be notified by telephone and confirmed by mail and will have their name published in
The Australian on 3 September 2011.
17. All entries become the property of KeyInvest Lending Services. KeyInvest Lending Services may use
the name, address and other personal information provided by the entrant. All personal details of the
entrant will be stored at the offices of KeyInvest Lending Services. KeyInvest Lending Services may
request the winner of the promotion to partake in any media exposure, including but not limited to
promotional, marketing and publicity activities without any further reference, payment or other
compensation.
18. The winner's personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as
required by law and the winner's name may be published as required under relevant legislation. By
entering the competition, the entrant consents to KeyInvest Lending Services using their personal
information for marketing and promotional purposes. If, after entering the competition, the entrant
wishes KeyInvest Lending Services to cease using their personal information for marketing and
promotional purposes, the entrant should contact KeyInvest Lending Services.
