Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents over the age of 18 years of age, except employees of McHugh Media and Tourism Queensland (and their immediate families) Each entrant releases and indemnifies Tourism Queensland, Mindfood magazine against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize. Promotion commences 09/05/11 entries close 5pm 19/06/11. You may enter as many times as you like but each entry must be on an original entry form and contain an original receipt or subscription carrier sheet. The prize will be randomly drawn on 20/06/11 and the winner will be contacted by phone. If the winner cannot be contacted by 27/6/11 the prize will be redrawn. The prize is for two people and the winner can choose which holiday they wish to redeem out of the five options as indicated above. The holiday must be taken by 30 November 2011 in one consecutive holiday period. All holidays are subject to availability and are not valid over public and school holiday periods. Any variation to the packages listed will be at the cost of the winner. Flights are valid to and from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch only and domestic flights and costs within New Zealand will not be covered by the promoters. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any other person. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
