Transformers Dark of the Moon in 3D
1.Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2.Entry is only open to residents of Australia over eighteen (18) years of age. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3.The promotion commences on 1st June, 2011 and concludes on 31st July, 2011 at 11:59pm AEDST. Entrants claim their ticket at the ticket box of a participating cinema no later than midnight 7th September, 2011 or whenever the film stops screening, whichever is the sooner.
4.Purchase of a TCL 32” to 55” LCD or LED Television from a participating retailer between 1st June, 2011 and 31st July, 2011 entitles the customer to claim a double adult movie voucher to a 3D or general admission screening of Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Customers are required to complete the entry form provided at purchase from any participating retailer, or complete online entry form at
www.tclmovies.com.au, and send in with their original purchase receipt confirming their purchase of a 32” to 55” TCL Television during the promotional period to: TCL Transformers 3 Promotion’ Locked Bag 6005, Richmond VIC 3121. Entries must be received by last mail on 10th August, 2011. Validated entries will be emailed a unique code. Customers must take this unique code to
www.tclmovies.com.au and validate their ticket. The code can be validated online up until 6:00pm AEDST on 7th September, 2011. Upon validation of the code customers will be able to print off the 3D double adult voucher entitling the customer to a 3D or general admission screening of Transformers: Dark of the Moon at any of the participating cinemas. 5.Terms & Conditions
A. The voucher is valid for a 3D double adult admission to Transformers: Dark of the Moon at a participating cinema, including those designated as No Free Ticket sessions up to the value of $44.00 inclusive of 3D charges. Voucher price includes 3D (3D glasses may be extra). Excludes Real D and VMAX surcharge which is in addition to the ticket price and payable by the consumer where available. The voucher is valid for a single use only.
B. Any costs in excess of $44.00 must be covered by the consumer where possible.
C. If lost, a ticket voucher cannot be replaced. A ticket voucher is void if resold.
D. No reproductions of ticket vouchers will be accepted.
E. No change will be provided to consumer.
F. Ticket vouchers are only available for general
Premiere, Directors Suite, The Bean Bag Cinema, Xtremescreen, alternative content, special events or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
G. Vouchers can only be redeemed through the ticket box.

www.tclmovies.com.au 6.Codes can only be used once. If the participant cannot print off their ticket they can call 1300 325 422 for assistance. A limit of 2 vouchers per household applies.
7.All entries become the property of the promoter ("we/us") on receipt and we reserve the right to use any personal information provided by an entrant ("you") to enter you in the competition and conduct the competition. If you do not provide us with all or part of the personal information requested we may not be able to enter you into the competition. We may also use personal information about you for related purposes such as sending you information about our
products or other related promotions.
8.The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion from an individual that it believes, in its absolute discretion, has breached these Conditions of Entry, subject only to any approval that is required to be sought from authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of this competition.
9.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits for the conduct of this competition, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
10.The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, Internet entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
