4. Participants must fill out, in full, all mandatory elements of the promotion entry form in order for their entry to be valid.
5. The promotional period commences April 5, 2011, and closes 11:59pm (AEDT) on September 22, 2011. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
6. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements and must be substantially unique
7. Entries will be individually judged, based on literary and creative merit and originality. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The winners will be notified by phone and mail using contact details provided in their entry. The judging of entries will take place at the Promoter’s premises on the dates stipulated below and commencing at 12.00pm. The promotional period will remain open between 5 April 2011 and 22 September 2011. Any entries received after a particular judging date has closed will be entered into the next Judging Period.

8. The Entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original artistic work of the Entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the information provided to the Entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the Entrant warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of this promotion. The entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
9. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
10. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deem inappropriate will be invalid. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter.
11. The best twenty-five entries as determined by the judges will be deemed the winners and will each receive one Libra pack valued at $65 and includes: 1x Regular invisible pads, 1 x Regular pocket pack tampons, 1 x double liners 25pk, 1x pad tin, 1 x OCRF 2010 tampon tin, 1 x wash bag, Soft side-draw sting pad case & Libra bag, 1 x ELES Nail Enamel.
12. Total prize pool is valued at $1,625.00. Prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.
13. Products included in prize package (including but not limited to colour, sizing, style, brand, etc) will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion. All prizes must be taken as offered.
14. All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.
15. In the event that the prize, or part of the prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.
