2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of submission of this application. Applying is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Entrants must not be employed by CBS Interactive or its affiliates and subsidiaries or must not be related to their families, or persons directly involved in the administration of this Prize Draw. Void where prohibited. This offer is open to residents of Australia. All national and local laws and regulations apply. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws applicable in Australia and New Zealand and subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
4. How to enter: You will be automatically entered into a game of skill by successfully filling out and submitting the entry form and answering the competition question "Why does your mobile need a serious upgrade?" The competition closes at AEST 10am 7th July 2011 (inclusive of competition start and end dates). Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person. Participants to this contest accept that CBS Interactive may name the winners of the prizes in public.
5. No purchase is necessary. All entries will be examined by the CNET Australia team and three winners will be selected. The three winners will be selected from all valid entries received. The competition will run from 15th June 2011 and close at 10am 7th July 2011 AEST. Entries become the property of CBS Interactive and will not be returned. The draw will take place at the CBS Interactive office, Level 12, 50 Goulburn St, Sydney, NSW, Australia, 2000 at 5pm on the 7th July 2011. The winners will be notified by email by AEST 5pm 9th July 2011.
6. If an individual selected as a winner does not respond to the CBS Interactive correspondence by 10am 13th July 2011, the CNET Australia team will select another individual at 11am 13th July 2011. This redraw will take place at CBS Interactive Sydney office.
7. CBS Interactive cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received because they have been lost or not received due to interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, or not received due to lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete entries. Any entries found to be duplicate or fraudulent will result in the participant being excluded from the contest.
8. The major prize will be presented to three winners of the competition. Three winners will each receive one Samsung GALAXY S ll handset, each valued at RRP $899. The total value of the prize draw is $2697.
9. Entrants agree that CBS Interactive and its subsidiaries and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winners for any injuries, losses or costs or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or parts thereof, or from participation in this Prize Draw.
10. CBS Interactive reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and to suspend or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without t notice (subject to state approval). CBS Interactive makes no commitment to update information contained herein. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules.
11. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. CBS Interactive and any of its subsidiaries take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received in this promotion.
12. Insurance and/or Warranty for the products will be the responsibility of Samsung Electronics Australia as suppliers of the prize. Warranty details for each of the components of the prize will be provided with the prize by Samsung Electronics Australia.
13. The duration of the game of skill is from 15th June 2011 to 10am 7th July 2011.
