2. The Promoter is Ardent Leisure Ltd, trading as Dreamworld, Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera, Qld 4129.
3. The promotional period begins 13 June 2011 at 00:00 AEST and closes 30 June 2011 at 23:59 AEST.
4. Entry is open to Queensland residents only. Ardent Leisure Limited employees and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
5. To be eligible to enter, visit the ‘State of Origin Comp’ page on
www.dreamworld.com.au/stateoforigin during the promotional period and enter your details.
6. The 3 prizes will be randomly selected. Winners will be announced on 1st July 2011. Winners will be contacted via email or phone.
7. Each person may enter once only.

9. Travel Insurance, car hire, accommodation and transfers form no part of this prize. Prize does not include meals, spending money or transport to and from departure and arrival points. All other ancillary and travel costs are the winner’s responsibility. All additional costs incurred whereby the prize winner wishes to make variations to the travel are the winner’s responsibility and must be booked separately by the winner.
10. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
11. To enter you must be 18 years or older.
12. Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
13. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this promotion you accept that Ardent Leisure Ltd will be capturing profile information including email address in order to contact the winner and for marketing purposes.
15. By entering this promotion you accept that Ardent Leisure may use your entry for their promotional and publicity purposes.
16. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release form determined by the promoter in it’s absolute discretion.
18. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), and state permit regulation.
19. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
