(the “Promoter”).

ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open at 6am on Saturday 18th June 2011 and will close at 5pm on Tuesday 5th July 2011 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.
ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will occur between 6am and 4pm from Monday 27th June 2011 until Thursday 14th July 2011 and between 6am and 9am on Friday 15th July 2011 (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- South Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
During the Registration Period listeners will be encouraged to register their details on the website, upload photos of themselves tell us in fifty words (50) words or less “Why you have the balls to get your gear off for our the Giant FruChoc and SAFM Single and Fabulous calendar?” for the opportunity to win the major prize(“Entry”).
All Entrants warrant that they are the person in the photo and acknowledge that their entry may at the discretion of the Promoter be posted on the Website.
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS
During the Promotional Period Hayley, Craig and Rabbit and our workday announcers will solicit for listeners to register their photo at safm.com.au.
Sixty- seven (67) entrants, who the Promoter deems to be the most creative/original entries, will be called by Hayley, Craig and Rabbit during the breakfast show or a SAFM announcer during the workday and be
interviewed on-air about their photo, their marital status and why they believe they have the balls to get their gear off for the Giant FruChoc and SAFM Single and Fabulous calendar to win a minor prize. Should an entrant choose not to proceed with participating in the on-air interview, they will forfeit the chance to win a minor prize and another entrant may be selected as a replacement, at the discretion of the Promoter.
At 9am on Wednesday 6th July 2011 the Promoter will select twelve (12) entrants who they believe are the most suitable to be included in the Giant FruChoc and SAFM Single and Fabulous photo shoot calendar and award them with the major prize which will be announced during in the Hayley, Craig and Rabbit breakfast show between 6 – 9am on Monday 11th July 2011.
The major prize winners do not have to have been a minor prize winner.
Subject to State regulations, in the event that the Promoter becomes aware that the same person has been selected as a prize winner more than once, the Promoter will cause another name to be selected in their place.

There are a maximum of sixty-seven (67) minor prizes to be won between 6am and 4pm during the Promotional Period. The prizes will consist of one (1) each of the following:
o Four (4) invites to the Giant FruChoc and SAFM’s Single and Fabulous Party, Friday 15th July 2011, Glenelg Pier Sol Bar from 6.30pm – 11pm.
o Invite will include three (3) x drinks per person and hot and cold cocktail food. All guests must be aged eighteen (18) years or over.
Total Value of Each Minor Prize: $200.00 (x67)
Total Value of All Minor Prize: $13,400.00
There is a maximum of twelve (12) major prizes to be won. The prize will consist of the following:
o Four (4) invites to the Giant FruChoc and SAFM’s Single and Fabulous Party, Friday 15th July 2011, Glenelg Pier Sol Bar from 6.30pm – 11pm.

ITEM 14: OTHER CONDITIONS
The twelve (12) major prize winners will be required to attend the confirmed photo shoot day, Thursday 7th July 2011 at Gainsborough Studios, 123 North East Road, Collinswood anywhere between 9am and 6pm. Individual photo shoot time could take up to three hours for each contestant.
The twelve (12) major prize winners will be required to attend the Giant FruChoc and SAFM Single and Fabulous Party on Friday 15th July 2011 from 6.30pm to 11pm.
The twelve (12) major prize winners will also be expected to talk on air to Hayley, Craig and Rabbit and workday announcers across the day on SAFM 107.1
The twelve (12) major prize winners will be required to remove clothing for the photo shoot and sign a waiver form prior to the photo shoot to release the images for use by the Promoter in the publishing of the calendar and on the website.
The twelve (12) major prize winners are to also sign an indemnity form prior to the photo shoot.
