Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the Servcorp Biggest Business Challenge Promotion:
1. The promotion commences on Tuesday 21 st June, 2011.
2. The promotion closes at 5.00pm EST on Friday 8 th July, 2011 . Entries submitted after this time will
not be eligible.
3. This promotion is open to any person resident in Australia only who is 18 years of age or older at
the time of entry. Employees of Servcorp not eligible to enter, nor are members of these
employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and partners).
4. The prize will be awarded to the person named on the winning entry. Servcorp reserves the right to request
the winner to provide proof of identity as well as a valid ABN (Australian Business Number) prior to awarding
the prize.
5. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must complete the entry form in full. The entrants must explain in 50-
100 words (or less) the biggest challenge they face as a business owner.
6. The entrant may use an image to depict their “Biggest Business Challenge”. Images must not be offensive in
nature.
7. Entries must be submitted using the entry form provided in the Servcorp Facebook Tab. Entries will not be
accepted if submitted via email, telephone or any other medium.
8. Only one entry per eligible entrant is permitted.
9. The total prize is $5,000 and cannot be transferred to another person. The prize cannot be divided or shared,
there can only be one winner.
10. All entries become the property of Servcorp . Servcorp reserves the right to share the entries and comment on
the entries via Facebook, Twitter and other Social Media outlets.
11. Servcorp may also send information on future promotions to entrants. Any entrant who wishes not to receive
any such promotional information may advise Servcorp in writing to have their name removed from mailing
lists.
12. All entrant information collected will be stored at the Servcorp Head Office located on Level 12 MLC Centre,
19- 29 Martin Place, Sydney 2000.
13. Servcorp will never disclose your personal information to any third parties, media, suppliers or
promoters.
14. This is a game of chance; the winner will be announced on Monday 18th July, 2011.
15. The winner will be drawn by Servcorp Company Secretary, Greg Pearce at 11.00am on Monday 18 th
July, 2011.
16. Servcorp reserves the right to promote the competition entries and responses in the media.
17. Servcorp accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from an eligible entrant winning the
prize in the Biggest Business Challenge promotion.
