2. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia only. Entrants who are under 18 years old must obtain their parent or guardian's permission to enter the Competition. Employees of TVSN and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition opens at 9:30pm on Wednesday May 11, 2011 and closes last mail (5pm) Friday July 8, 2011. You must purchase an Elizabeth Grant product from TVSN between 9:30am May 11 and 11:59pm June 30, 2011 to be eligible to enter. The winner will be announced live on air during the Elizabeth Grant Live Audience Show between 8:30pm-9:30pm on Wednesday 24th August, 2011.
4. Orders returned under the TVSN '30 Day Money-back Guarantee' lose their status as competition entries. TVSN reserve the right to withhold a prize from a winner if the prize winner's TVSN account is in arrears. It is at the Promoter's discretion whether they award the prize after a portion of the outstanding debt is paid or the entire balance. If the prize is withheld due to an account in arrears and the prize winner does not pay their outstanding debt within 3 months of being drawn as a prize winner, the prize winner forfeits their prize and TVSN will draw another winner as part of an unclaimed prize draw.

6. If a Prize winner cannot be contacted within 3 months of them being announced as the winner, then the Prize will be forfeited by the original winner and the Promoter will choose another winner to award the prize to on November 28, 2011 at 12pm.
7. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged on their individual merit. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each entry will be judged based on literary merit, creativity and originality. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible. Each customer must include their name, customer number and order number and TVSN reserves the right to use the content of winning entries for the purpose of future promotions.
8. TVSN is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant's or any other person's computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries over the internet. TVSN will accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. All email entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Promoter's database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. All postal entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Promoter's Locked Bag address - no responsibility will be taken for late mail.
9. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification - subject to the relevant state authority approval.
10. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.
11. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter's opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prize it shall not: (a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
12. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.
13. The winner will be notified by phone, mail, announced on the TVSN website (
www.tvsn.com.au) and published in The Australian newspaper on 29/08/2011.
14. There is 1 prize consisting of two return economy flights to Toronto, Canada (departing from either Sydney or Melbourne Airport); 4 nights accommodation for two in Toronto, Canada; dinner or lunch with Elizabeth Grant and Lynn Jacobs for two; return transfers for two from Toronto Airport to accommodation in Toronto; a tour of the Elizabeth Grant International office with Lynn Jacobs; a tour of Niagara Falls and over $2900 worth of Elizabeth Grant products. Meals (except for the dinner/lunch with Elizabeth Grant and Lynn Jacobs), airport transfers, taxes, insurance, transport to and from departure points and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The flight to Toronto will depart from either Sydney or Melbourne Airport and return to either Sydney or Melbourne Airport - the winner will need to decide between the two. Should the winner reside in a state other then NSW or VIC, the winner will have to cover the costs of additional flights to the departure point of Sydney or Melbourne.
15. Prize is valid for travel from October 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, except for the blackout dates which are all Australian school and public holidays and all Canadian school and public holidays that fall on and between October 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012 as well as the following blackout dates: June 5-14, July 1 - August 31, October 8-19. Prize is subject to booking/flight availability and Elizabeth Grant and Lynn Jacobs' availability. The winner must give the promoter 30 days notice for their preferred travel times.
16. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian who will be required to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any prize. The winner and their guest must be over 18 years old and hold a valid Australian passport.
17. Should the winner wish to take an extra person/s with them on the holiday (outside of the person/s allowed as part of the prize package), the winner is responsible for paying for all the expenses of the other person/s and must arrange all extra bookings for that person/s themselves. Should the winner wish to divert/extend their journey, they will also be responsible for paying all extra expenses and arranging all extra bookings themselves. TVSN will only arrange bookings for the destinations and accommodation as set out in the prize.
18. Total prize value is up to $9136. The prize value is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
