CONDITIONS OF ENTRY � GAME OF SKILL Mission Future Toys Special Agent of the Month - starts Wed 29 June, ends Wed 27 July
1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. The competition is open to all Australian residents who have signed up to be an �Agent� on the Mission: Future Toys website (
www.missionfuturetoys.com.au). The competition will commence on Wednesday 29 June and close Wednesday 27 July. Employees of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
2. The entries will be judged by a panel of appointed �Funtastic� representatives. Final judging will take place on Friday 29 July and winners will be notified by Thursday 4 August. Where applicable each entry will be individually judged based on their literacy and creative merit. These conditions apply only to games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each �Agent� may only enter once. Additional entries will be disregarded. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not redeemable for cash. Prizewinners must obtain parental consent in order to redeem prize. Promoter will provide each winner with a consent form which must be signed by the winner�s parent or legal guardian and returned to the Promoter by Wednesday 10 August. If the signed copy of the consent form is not received by Friday 12 August by email or postal mail, the winner will be deemed to have relinquished his or her prize. Winners will be published on the Mission Future Toys website (
www.missionfuturetoys.com.au) in the month they are allocated between September 2011 and January 2012. The judge�s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. All entries entered will remain the property of the promoter and not be returned to entrant.
3. Prizes as follows:
Ten winners will be selected - five girls, and five boys. From September 2011 to January 2012, one boy and one girl winner will be featured on the Mission Future Toys website as �Mission Future Toys Agents of the Month�. Each winner will be featured as a Mission Future Toys Agent for one allocated month only. Each winner will receive a Mission Future Toys prize pack up to the value of RRP $100. Products in each of the 10 prize packs may vary. Each winner will have the opportunity to review and a nominated product in the prize pack and have their review posted on the Mission Future Toys website (
www.missionfuturetoys.com.au). After the agent has submitted his or her toy review each winner will receive a $50 Toys R Us voucher, valid until 01/08/2012. This voucher can be used at any Toys R Us store Australia wide. All prizes valued in Australian dollars, the promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in value of a prize occurring between the publishing date and date prize is claimed. Promoter is not responsible for any prizes damaged or lost in transit.

Cabbage Patch Kids and Razor Storm Competition - starts 15 June, ends 13 July

www.missionfuturetoys.com.au). The competition will commence on Wednesday 15 June and finish on Wednesday 13 July. Employees of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
2. The contest will be judged where applicable by a panel of appointed �Funtastic� representatives. Final judging for the following contests will take place on the Friday 15 July. Where applicable each entry will be individually judged based on their literacy and creative merit. These conditions apply only to games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each �Agent� may only enter once. Additional entries will be disregarded. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not redeemable for cash. Prizewinners will be notified by email on Monday 18 July and will be published on the Mission: Future Toys website (
www.missionfuturetoys.com.au) on the Tuesday 19 July. The judge�s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. All entries entered will remain the property of the promoter and not be returned to entrant.
3. Prizes as follows: 10 prizes will be available to win in total with 5 Razor Storm packs and 5 Cabbage Patch Kids packs. Agents will need to nominate their preferred prize on the entry form. The 10 most interesting and creative responses will win either 1 Razor Storm A Scooters (RRP$69.99), OR 1 Cabbage Patch Kids pack (RRP$64.99). Total Prize Pool - RRP$674.90. All prizes valued in Australian dollars, the promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in value of a prize occurring between the publishing date and date prize is claimed. Promoter is not responsible for any prizes damaged or lost in transit.

Where applicable each entry will be individually judged based on their literacy and creative merit. These conditions apply only to games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each Agent may only enter once. Additional entries will be disregarded. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not redeemable for cash. Prizewinners will be notified by email on 6/6/2011 and will be published on the Mission Future Toys website (
www.missionfuturetoys.com.au) on the 7/6/2011. The judge�s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. All entries entered will remain the property of the promoter and not be returned to entrant.
3. Prizes as follows: 10 prizes will be available to win in total with 5 Spy Net packs and 5 Disney Fairy packs. The 10 most interesting and creative responses will win the following prize: Spy Net winner will receive 1 Spy Net Voice Recording Spy Pen (RRP$39.95), 1 Secret Identity Voice (RRP$16.99), and 1 Rear View Spy Glasses (RRP$9.99).
