The award-winning play The Sum of Us, by Academy Award nominee and Australian playwright, David Stevens (Breaker Morant), became an AFI Award-winning film starring Jack Thompson and Russell Crowe in 1994.

The humorous but poignant storyline revolves around the devoted and loving relationship between widower (Harry), his gay son (Jeff) and their individual searches for a partner.

Starring one of Australia’s most well-known actors including John Jarratt (Wolf Creek), Patrick Harvey (Neighbours), Glenn van Oosterom (Rush) and Nell Feeney (Neighbours), this new stage production of the play is running at Parade Theatre in Kensington from August 3 to 6, with tickets through Ticketek.
