SMPTE Exhibition Registration Incentive
Every person who registers to attend SMPTE Exhibition will go into a draw to win a
Fujifilm FinePix REAL 3D W3 camera valued at $599 including GST.
All Conference delegates are automatically registered to attend the Exhibition and will receive one entry in the draw.
All Exhibition registrations on the SMPTE11 online registration form will be included in the draw.
Only one registration per person will be accepted.
Registrations to be included in the draw will be accepted up to Friday July 15, 2011 at 5pm.
Employees and immediate families of the promoter and staff from exhibiting companies who have direct involvement in SMPTE11 Conference and Exhibition are ineligible to enter.
The draw will be conducted on Monday July 25, 2011 at the promoter’s offices and the winner will be notified by email, and/or mail and/or phone. Details will also be published on the event website.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or kind. Total prize value is $599
The promoter is Expertise Events, Unit 4/1 Skyline Place, Frenchs forest, NSW, 2086. ABN 43 003 932 492.
In the event the initial prize winner cannot be contacted a redraw will take place on August 18, 2011 at the promoter’s offices.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Expertise Events does not accept any responsibility for negotiations or variations to the published terms and conditions between winner and supplier of the prize once the draw has been completed and the winner notified.
