HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter, individuals must log onto
www.shopadocket.com.au or
www.facebook.com/shopadocket and click "Like" then follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents from Australia, aged 18 years and over only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
5. Only one entry permitted per person unless the person has referred friends on Facebook to the promotion. In this instance the participant will be allowed additional entries to the promotion equal to the number of entries received from those referrals.
6. Promotion commences 17.00PM AEST on 28/06/2011 and closes at 17.00pm AEDST on 12/10/2011 ("Promotional Period").
7. There are 14 minor prizes and 1 major prize.in total. The minor prizes consist of 14 x $250 AUD Coles or Woolworths Grocery Gift Cards (at the promoter's discretion). 1 Grocery Gift Card to be given away per week for 14 weeks) and the 1 major prize consists of either 1 x Apple 32 GB I Pad 2 with WiFi & 3G valued at RRP $839 AUD OR 1 x Apple 16GB iPhone 4 valued at RRP $859 AUD (Winner to choose one only)
8. Total prize pool is maximum RRP $4,359.00 AUD. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. The weekly draw of the $250 Grocery Gift Card will take place at Level 1, Building 1, 85 O'Riordan Street Alexandria NSW 2015 11.59 am AEST on the following dates: 7/07/11, 14/7/11, 21/7/11, 28/7/11, 4/8/11, 11/8/11, 18/8/11, 25/8/11, 1/9/11, 8/9/11, 15/9/11, 22/9/11, 29/9/11 and at 11.59 am AEDST on 6/10/11. The final major prize draw for an Apple 32 GB I Pad with WiFi & 3G or 16GB Apple I Phone 4 will take place on 14/10/2011 at Level 1, Building 1, 85 O'Riordan Street, Alexandria NSW 2015 at 11.59 am AEDST. All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize draw.
10. All winners will be notified in writing by email and the winner's names published on
www.shopadocket.com.au on the 28/10/2011. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Any and all costs associated with collecting the prize (including but not limited to airfares, transport, accommodation and meals) are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
12. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
13. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 14/01/2012 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. All Winners' names will be published on
www.shopadocket.com.au on the 21/01/2012.
14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
17. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
18. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter's privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on (02) 9650 5900 during office hours.
