2. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees of Amway of Australia and Amway of New Zealand, their immediate families, suppliers and associates are not eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 9:00am on 1 July 2011 and closes at 12:00am on 31 July 2011. (“The Promotional Period”). Limit of one entry per person.
4. The promotion applies to those people who, during the promotional period, answer the following in 25 words or less “why health is important to you”.
5. Entries must be sent to via the form located at
www.nutriway.com.au/offer Winning entries will be determined on 1 August 2011. All winners will be notified by email and/or phone after 1 August 2011. All prizes will be dispatched by 15 August 2011.
6. This is a game of skill. Amway of Australia and New Zealand will judge the winner based on the following criteria: Use of Nutriway Brand (50%) and Creativity of words used (50%)
7. A prize will be awarded to the 15 entries which best match the above criteria. Each prize comprises 1xOmega-3 Complete 90 capsules, 1xConcentrated Fruit and Vegetable 20 tablets, plus 1xDouble X Pack . Retail value of each prize: $195. Total retail prize value: $2,925.
8. Amway of Australia reserves the right to use prize-winners’ entries and prize-winners names and states of residence for promotional purposes.
9. Following the assessment of entries, Amway’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with respect to the determination of the winners.
10. Prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or goods.
