Terms and Conditions

Jane Eyre - Win Free Tickets @ Your Library (win one of 18 double movie passes) (the Promotion)

1.Information on prizes and entry details form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.The promoter is Public Library Services, the State Library, Department of the Premier and Cabinet of North Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000.
ELIGIBILITY

1.Entry to the competition is open to all residents of South Australia, excluding employees of Public Library Services and employees of public libraries in South Australia
2.Limit of one entry per person permitted.
3.Valid entry forms can be found at participating public libraries that require the entrant to indicate his/her name, phone, email address and local public library
4.The promotion commences on Thursday 14th July 2011. Entries must be submitted in person at a public library in South Australia by Friday 12th August 2011. (Promotion Period).
5.Only entries that are received during the Promotion Period will be eligible for entry.
6.Public Library Services reserves the right to request proof of identity of the person claiming the prize. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Public Library Services. In the event that the person claiming the prize cannot provide suitable proof of identity, Public Library Services in its absolute discretion may disqualify this person.
DETAILS OF PRIZES

1.18 winners of the prize will be selected randomly from all entry forms submitted
2.Each of the 18 winners will win one 'in season' Jane Eyre double movie pass. These 'in season' double movie pass prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-refundable and not convertible to cash and will be subject to any restrictions printed on the passes. Not all cinemas in SA may accept the movie passes e.g. some cinemas in country SA areas
3.If the prizes (or part of any prizes) are unavailable, Public Library Services, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or that part of the prizes) with prizes to the equal value and/or specification
4.Public Library Services reserves the right to forfeit prize/s in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy the Promotion terms and conditions or not claiming a prize or not being contactable within a 5 day time-frame following the prize draw. In these scenarios, Public Library Services, at its discretion, reserves the right to conduct a re-draw of the prize.
DATE OF PRIZE DRAW

1.The prize draw will take place on Thursday 18th August 2011 at Public Library Services, the State Library, North Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000.
WINNER NOTIFICATION

1.The winners will be notified by phone or email by Friday 19th August 2011.
OTHER

1.No responsibility is accepted for late or lost entries. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail or courier transit when prizes are forwarded to winners or the public library of winners.
2.Any costs associated with entering the competition is the entrant's responsibility.
3.Travel costs are not included and not part of the prize description.
4.The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.All contestants release from and indemnify Public Library Services against all liability cost.
