COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Australian Events Pty Ltd trading as Australian Event Management Queensland and often called 'Australian Events' is the promoter of this competition and hereafter in the terms and conditions will be referred to as 'The Promoter'.
1. The Provider of the Prize is Narellan Pools. There is one prize in total which consists of a fully installed, 8 metre, swimming pool. Total value $30,000.
2. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash or in any other way.
3. Winner of the prize must make arrangements directly with the provider of the prize, Narellan Pools, for the delivery of the prize.
4. Entry coupons will be published in The Fraser Coast Chronicle from 6th August, 2011 to 19th August, 2011. Employees of APN News and Media Limited and employees of The Fraser Coast Chronicle and their agents are not eligible to enter the competition.
5. Entry to the competition is free. Entries must be on an original coupon which can only be found in The Fraser Coast Chronicle. Entry coupons must be original artwork – no photocopies, scanned images, web prints, reproductions or other falsified artwork will be accepted.
6. Entry coupons are to be completed in full and taken to the Narellan Pools stand at the Wide Bay & Fraser Coast Home Show & Caravan & Camping Expo, 19th to 21st August 2011, Maryborough Showgrounds, Maryborough.
7. The competition will close at 3.20pm sharp on Sunday the 21st August 2011.
8. The winning coupons will be drawn at random from the entry barrel at 3.30pm on Sunday 21st August 2011. The draw will be witnessed by Australian Events and Narellan Pools staff and invited members of the public in attendance at the event. The winner will be notified by phone.

10. The organiser of this competition reserves the right to modify or change the competition terms without notice.
