If you are a celebrity watcher, and love looking at the latest fashions and hairdos, you may well have heard about hair stylist to the stars, Laurent Dufourg. Not only is he famous for transforming Gwyneth Paltrow’s long locks into a cool short pixie cut, but he also cuts and styles many other celebrity heads – think Reese Witherspoon, Tea Leoni, Uma Thurman, Teri Hatcher, Debra Messing and Johnny Depp just to name a few! He has tossed, tousled and tressed many heads at his USA Based PRIVE salons, and has also developed his own haircare range. Just last year, Laurent added the environmentally sensitive Concept Vert to his range, and they are kindly giving away a Shampoo & Conditioner to one of our lucky readers!
Laurent says “it is not so much what is in Concept Vert, but what is not”. Ingredients include the certified organic Acai Berry (revered for its anti oxidant properties) and Babassu oil (known for its strengthening capabilities). Most noteworthy however is what IS NOT in the PRIVE haircare range – there are no sulfates, gluten, phthalates DEA, TEA, mineral oils, paraffin, PABA, parabens or artificial colours. As a result, The PRIVE range has been US certified as an “Environmentally Preferred Product”.
The good news for our local readers is that PRIVE has just been launched in Australia, and is now available at David Jones and select salons.
