The Change Up
Entrants
Australian residents aged 18 years and over and Australian residents under 18 years who have obtained the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter this Competition.
Exclusions
Employees of Promoter and the suppliers and agencies associated with this Competition, and the immediate family of all such employees.
Entry Period
Starts at 00:01 hours AEST on Sunday 21st August 2011 and ends at 23:59 hours AEST on Saturday 3rd September 2011.
Entry
(a) log on to

(b) fill in all the required data fields on the entry form; and
(c) answer the following question in 25 words or less: “Who would you like to change up with and why?”
Limit
One (1) entry per person per day.
Judging Criteria
Originality and creativity.
Prize Determination
13:00 hours AEST on Friday 9th September 2011 at the offices of the Promoter.
Notification
By email and phone by Tuesday 13th September 2011.
Claim Period
Within 4 weeks from the date of Notification.
Unclaimed Prize Determination
13:00 hours AEST on Tuesday 18th October 2011 at the offices of the Promoter.
The winner will be notified by email and phone within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Determination.
Prize
The Prize winner will win a trip for four people to Sydney, valued at $5,000.00 incl GST. The Prize includes;
(d) return economy flights for four people from the Winner’s nearest capital city airport to Sydney, valued at a maximum of $2,000.00;
(e) return airport/hotel transfers, valued at a maximum of $200.00;
(f) basic travel insurance for four people, valued at a maximum of $450.00;
(g) 3 night’s accommodation in ocean view suites for 4 people at the Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach, valued at a maximum of $1,350.00; and
(h) food & beverage at the hotel (Conditions apply), valued at a maximum of $1000.00.
Total Prize Value
$5, 000.00 incl GST.
Prize Conditions
In relation to the travel component of the Prize:
(a) Winner and guests must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city;
(b) Winner is responsible for ensuring that all those travelling have valid identification;
(c) travel arrangements must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to Winner travel and are subject to availability.;
(d) unless expressly stated otherwise in the description of the Prize in these Terms and Conditions, the Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with using the Prize including costs associated with:
(i) obtaining suitable travel insurance for the trip;
(ii) meeting all government, consular, health and travel requirements applicable to the destination (including obtaining a valid passport, vaccinations and entry visas); and
(iii) taxes, meals, transfers, flights, accommodation, sightseeing or other activities, and spending money.
(e) any changes or cancellations to the flights, transfers or other travel component included in the Prize may be subject to fees and charges, the payment of which will be the sole responsibility of the Winner; and
(f) the Promoter makes no representation as to the safety or other conditions at the destination and recommends that the Winner consult the web site of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (
http://www.smartraveller.gov.au/) for travel and consular advice before embarking on international travel.
In relation to the accommodation component of the Prize:
(g) the hotel accommodation is based on 4 people sharing 2 x ocean view suites;
(h) the Winner or at least one of his/her travel companions must be 18 years of age and over.
(i) the Winner may be required to provide a valid credit card imprint or cash deposit at check-in for the purpose of covering incidental or other charges at the hotel; and
(j) unless expressly stated otherwise in the description of the Prize in these Terms and Conditions, the Prize does not include the cost of telephone calls, internet access, breakfast, in-room dining, in-room movies, mini bar, gratuities or any other costs or expenses incurred by the Winner, his/her travel companion and/or any of their guests at the hotel.
In relation to the food and beverage voucher:
(k) food and beverage vouchers will be provided in portions valid on separate days of the visit and can not be redeemed on one day. The portions will be as follows:
Day 1 - $350
Day 2 - $350
Day 3 - $300
(l) the voucher is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash;
(m) any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included;
(n) any unused balance of a voucher will not be awarded as cash;
(o) redemption of the voucher will be subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher;
(p) no responsibility will be accepted for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
In relation to the travel insurance component of the Prize:
(q) the travel insurance provided is a standard comprehensive policy based on the Winner and their travelling companions having no existing medical conditions which may invalidate any potential claim. Winners must declare any pre-existing medical conditions for themselves and their group before travel insurance is purchased, even if the policy will not cover these conditions; and
(r) members of the Winner’s travelling group who are over the age of 64 or with any pre-existing medical conditions which are not covered by the insurance policy may require a specialist policy for which a surcharge may be payable by the Winner
Additional conditions in relation to the Prize:
(s) Winners must provide a valid email address by which all communications, tickets and vouchers will be delivered although in exceptional circumstances, paper airline tickets may be issued at the discretion of the airline and will be forwarded by courier to the Winner.
