To be eligible to enter the Promotion, a customer (the "Purchaser") must become a member of Amart’s loyalty program, Team Amart in Australian Amart stores, by registering online at teamamart.com.au or in store prior to purchasing any product(s) from a participating Amart store, within Australia. Product(s) must be purchased and the customer’s loyalty number must be used during the same transaction. PERMIT NUMBERS: NSW - LTPS/11/07416.

Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry into the Promotion.

2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

3. Entry must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.

4. The Promotion commences in Amart stores on Monday, 22nd August 2011 at 8.30 am (AEST) and all transactions to enter must be made online at amartallsports.com.au or at an Amart store within Australia, before Sunday, 25th September 2011 at 6:00 pm (AEST) (“Promotional Period”).
5. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, a customer (the "Purchaser") must become a member of Amart’s loyalty program, Team Amart in Australian Amart stores, by registering online at teamamart.com.au or in store prior to purchasing any product(s) from a participating Amart store, within Australia. 6. A full copy of the terms and conditions will be available at all registers and online at teamamart.com.au

7. Multiple entries permitted as long as the member number is used each time with the store purchase.

8. Printing errors and/or quality assurance matters outside the control of the individual player will not be used by the Promoter as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.

9. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 12 years and over. Entrants under the 18 must obtain permission from a parent or guardian prior to entering. If the winner is under 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to a parent or guardian on behalf of the winner and is subject to proof of identification ("ID").

10. Proof of ID will be determined by producing:
(a) A passport, birth certificate, Australian driver’s license or other form of photographic ID in which the photograph is clear and undamaged and that is otherwise acceptable to the Promoter; or
(b) Two forms of non-photographic ID that is valid and acceptable to the Promoter.

11. Amart may, in their sole discretion, waive or vary the ID requirements if the identity of an eligible entrant is otherwise determined to the satisfaction of Amart.

12. The prize draws will take place at 10.00 am (AEDT) on Friday, 30th September 2011 at The Rebel Group HO, 75a Carnarvon St, Silverwater, NSW, 2128. The winners will be notified in writing and by phone from a representative at Amart and published in the Australian on Friday 7th October 2011.

The Ultimate BBQ promotion total major prize pool is valued at up to a retail value of up to AU$5,000(inclusive of GST)

13. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize.

14. If the winners of the aforementioned prizes are under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian on behalf of the winner.

15. Maximum Major prize value is AU $5,000 (including GST), as at 8 Jul, 2011. Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.

16. In the event that for any reason whatsoever any prize winner does not  want to or is not able to take the prize a second chance draw will be held at 10.00 am (AEDT) on Friday, 30th December 2011 at Rebel Group HO, 75a Carnarvon St, Silverwater, NSW, 2128. The winners will be notified in writing and by phone from a representative at Amart and published in the Australian on Friday 6th January 2012.

17. The decision of the scrutiniser is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.

18. It is a condition of accepting the prizes that the winner/s of the Promotion will be required to sign a legal release in a form reasonably determined by Amart in its absolute discretion. Amart and any companies related to Rebel Group shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury and or death suffered or sustained in connection with any of the prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

19. Employees of Amart, Performance Sport and Rebel Sport and their immediate family members and associated agencies and companies of Amart, Performance Sport and Rebel Sport are not eligible to win, and will be redrawn if necessary.

20. Amart reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and proof of entry validity in the form of a valid receipt. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Amart. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

21. Entries will not be entered into any database without the consent of the entrant and contact will only be made with the winners in relation to the receipt of their prize, unless otherwise agreed.

22. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Rebel or Amart which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Rebel or Amart reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual whom Rebel or Amart has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which may jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. This includes tampering with or attempting to tamper with the entry process, interference with the rules or Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, the operation of the Promotion, violation of the rules or Terms and Conditions of the Promotion or deliberately undermining the administration, security or legitimate operation of the Promotion. Rebel or Amart reserves the right to seek damages and relief from all persons responsible for such acts and to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under any state permit regulation.

23.A disqualified Purchaser will not be entitled to any refund of any purchase made as per Condition 5 of these Terms and Conditions and will not be eligible for any prize/s.

24. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, SLOMS may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state regulations.

25. All decisions regarding the interpretation of matters including rules and eligibility will be made by Rebel and Amart at their sole discretion. Rebel or Amart decision is final and Rebel and Amart will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion result.
