2.The competition is open to all residents of Australia that are over the age of 18 years and are fans of justb. on facebook (
http://www.facebook.com/JustBAustralia), except employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
3.Promotion commences at 9:00am on Friday 2 September and closes at 9:00am on Friday 30 September 2011 (“Promotional Period”).
4.To enter, entrants must: a) Become a fan of
http://www.facebook.com/JustBAustralia; and b) Submit their contact details and entry by sharing in 25 words or less what they think is the best thing about being a woman.
5.Limit one entry per person.
6.Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
7.The competition will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Judging will take place on 30 September 2011 at Kidspot, Level 5, 14 Queens Road, Melbourne Victoria 3004. The winner will be announced on
www.justbaustralia.com.au at 11am on Friday 30 September. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, creative and literary merit, and relevance to question.
8.The winner will receive a Stella McCartney metallic mini bouclé bag valued at $718 and purchased from
www.net-a-porter.com.
9.The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
11.The Entrant’s entry must be original and must not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights. The Promoter reserves the right to seek a declaration from any entrant that their entry complies with this clause.
12.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
13.13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
14.The prize value mentioned is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
15.In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element. If the prize is forfeited within twenty four business hours of the notification taking place, a re-judging will occur immediately.
16.If the winner does not claim the prize within 5 days following 30 September 2011, the prize will be forfeited and a second winner will be announced on
www.justbaustralia.com.au.
17.All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
18.All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter.
