To celebrate the release of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides onto Blu-ray on October 26, we are giving away some fabulous prize packs. The prize is a four disc collection of the movie on blu-ray and DVD, as well as merchandise to rival all the sunken treasure in the world, including a bandana, sand wash t-shirt, key chain, diary and cap.
To enter and win this prize pack, in the space below tell us in 25 words or less, why you would want to find the fountain of youth?1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 06.00am AEST Oct 24 2011 and closes 12.00pm AEST Nov 7 2011.

5. Prize is a Pirates of the Caribbean pack containing a bandana, sand wash t-shirt, key chain, diary, cap and a copy of the Blu-Ray and DVD pack. Five (5) prizes in total to be won.
6. The competition will be drawn at 10.00am AEST on Nov 8 2011.
7. This is a promotion based on skill, with one winner picked based on their answer to the following question: tell us in 25 words or less, why you would want to find the fountain of youth? Answers will be judged on the following criteria: humour, creativity and originality of answer
8. Winners will be notified by email, phone, or via ninetofive.com.au. The judge’s decision is final.
10. All competitions are conducted at 170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, Sydney, NSW, 2015.
11. The total prize pool for this promotion is maximum $648.50 AUD.
12. Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner.
13. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize to be claimed within 3 months of draw date. Where prize is a voucher, prize valid for 12 months only.
14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. Inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;

h. Any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
