Terms & Conditions
1.Offer is open to residents of NSW, ACT, QLD, SA, NT, VIC and TAS who are 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are also eligible to take part in the Offer.
2.To redeem a gift, consumers must, during the Offer Period:
a.purchase a specially marked pack of:
(i) in New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory or Queensland:
(A) Dairy Farmers Original Milk 2L or 3L;
(B) Dairy Farmers New 2L;
(C) Dairy Farmers Lite White 2L or 3L;
(D) Dairy Farmers Skim 2L;
(E) Dairy Farmers Shape 2L or 3L; or
(ii) in Victoria or Tasmania:
(A) PURA Original Milk 2L or 3L;
(B) PURA New 2L;
(C) PURA Light Start 2L or 3L; or
(D) PURA Tone 2L;
(iii) in South Australia or the Northern Territory:
(A) PURA Original Milk 2L or 3L;
(B) PURA Light Start 2L or 3L; or
(C) PURA Tone 2L;
from a participating outlet;
b.complete and submit the online claim form available at
www.mooovies.com.au with their name, address, phone number, email, their unique 10 digit code found on the specially marked product pack and any additional information as required by the Promoter; and
c.where a valid claim is submitted, pay for one full priced adult ticket via credit card online at a cost of $18 plus a booking/transaction fee of $1.10.
Limit of one gift per unique code applies. Gift will be mailed to the address supplied on the claim form within 10 days of a valid claim being received along with full price ticket. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Consumers must retain their original purchase receipt or their unique code as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the original purchase receipts and/or unique code when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of a consumer's claim.
3.The offer commences at 00.01 EST on 24/10/11 and closes at 23.59 EST on 08/01/12 ("Offer Period"). Claims received after 08/01/12 will not be accepted.
4.Gift consists of 1 general admission adult movie ticket valid at any Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle, Event Cinema or Village Cinema (each a "Supplier") and valued at up to $18 (RRP) (depending on the State and Cinema). Gifts are not redeemable for cash. If any gift becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a gift of equal or greater value. Gift is subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplier, available at
www.mooovies.com.au. Gift cannot be used for any movie session after 17.00 EST on Saturdays. Surcharge applies for Vmax theatre entry and 3D presentations. Glasses sold separately. Standard film classification rules apply. Gift cannot be used for Gold Class and Europa Cinemas, Movie Marathons, Moonlight Cinemas or any other special screenings. Gift is valid for 6 months from date of issue. Gift does not guarantee or reserve a seat, seating is subject to availability. Gift cannot be used in conjunction with any other special or offer where the admission value of the special or offer is greater than the value of a standard admission ticket.
5.The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the offer.

You expressly acknowledge the appointment of the Promoter by the companies listed above as agent of those companies. All acts by the Promoter in connection with this promotion are acts taken on behalf of the companies listed above as agent of those companies.

Payment Conditions
1.Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations. This refund and payment conditions policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions for the promotion.
2.Movie tickets can be claimed by the consumer logging on to the website
www.mooovies.com.au and entering their claim details which includes consumer's details and their credit card information to facilitate payment of nineteen dollars and ten cents per claim.
3.In accordance with Greater Unions Terms and Conditions, the onus is on the purchaser to use the voucher to the stated expiry date. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
