Every person that submits and entry to the second “Have A Ball With Dyson” competition, starting on November 1st 2011, will receive one entry form to win the Dyson DC34 Animal Handheld Vaccum Unit. The best entry will be chosen by the judges panel and winners will be notified by email.
There are three conditions necessary to be eligible for the prize:
i) The user must be a Bing Lee Facebook Fan. (
http://www.facebook.com/bingleeelectrics) ii) The user must provide their email address. iii) The user must agree to give Bing Lee permission to post their entry to the Facebook Page. Users who have met the above conditions on or before the 13th of November at 11:59pm will be eligible to be chosen as a winner.
The winner will be judged based on creativity of their entry. Entrants are required to tell us why they need a Dyson and can do so in three ways:
i) Submission of a 50 word or less text entry describing why they need a Dyson vacuum. ii) Submission of a picture that expresses why they need a Dyson vacuum. iii) Submission of a video that expresses why they need a Dyson vacuum. The best entry submitted by Sunday the 13th of November at 11:59pm will win the Dyson pack. Entries are open from 10am, 1st of November and will close at 11:59pm EST on Sunday 13th of November (All dates refer to the 2011 calendar year).
The entries will be judged by a panel of 2 employees from Bing Lee with the following criteria to select two winners. The entries will be given a score out of 10 for creativity and humour, with the instance of a tie being resolved with the addition of a third person to the panel.
Entries will be judged and announced on the 14th of November. Under no circumstances will the prize be drawn at random (All dates refer to the 2011 calendar year)
Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The decision will take place at Level 1, 702 Woodville Rd, Old Guildford NSW 2161 at 10am on the 14th of November. If there is a tie the second draw date will be at 3pm on the 14th of November. (All dates refer to the 2011 calendar year)
Should the prizes remain unclaimed or the winner remains un-contactable due to any misadventure for a period of 3 months from the original date of announcement the prize will be forfeited. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. (All dates refer to the 2011 calendar year)
The winner will be notified by e-mail, their name will be published on the Bing Lee website

The Dyson DC34 Animal Handheld Vacuum has a Recommended Retail Value of $349.00. There will be a total of one major prize consisting of the DC34 Animal Vacuum Unit with a total recommended retail price value of $349.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Prize pack, including any unused portions are non transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
The promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.
By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
