1. Participation in and gaining the benefit of this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. This offer is open to all Australian residents who are registered holders of a Priceline Clubcard.Directors, management,
employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated
with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal
guardian.
4. The competition commences on 01/11/2011 at 9am, and concludes on 30/11/2011 at midnight (promotional period). All times are
AEDST.
5. To enter eligible Priceline Clubcard holders must visit the competition page at www.priceline.com.au, follow the instructions and
submit the requested details (including name, Clubcard number, postal address, email address, mobile phone number).
6. The entry mechanic for the Promotion requires entrants to click on an image of a birthday cake on the promotion entry page, after
which they will be advised of the daily prize and asked to enter their details.
7. Eligible Priceline Clubcard holders may enter this promotion as many times as they like.
8. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their Priceline Clubcard membership details, including their postal
address and/or email information, is correct and up to date when entering this promotion. By accepting these terms and
conditions, Clubcard members consent to have their details updated with any new details provided for this competition. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this
promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the
Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the
participant.
How winners will be determined and notified10. There will be ten prizes awarded each day during the Promotional Period, and one major prize and ten runner up prizes awarded
at the conclusion of the Promotional Period.Entries for the draw each day open at the start of the day [09.00] and close 24 hours
after at [08:59] the following day (Sydney local time, AEDT) on the dates nominated on the below table.On the final day of the
competition, entries will close at 23:59.
11. The winning entries will be randomly drawn each day at 10.00 AEDT at Res Publica, 387 George St, Sydney, NSW 2000 on the
dates nominated in the below table. Res Publica will utilize an electronic draw system that has been approved to draw trade
promotion lotteries electronically subject to and in accordance with the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 2008; Approval no: 906
12. The major prize and ten runner up prizes will be randomly drawn from all promotion entries at 10.00 on 1st December 2011 at Res
Publica, 387 George St, Sydney, NSW 2000.
13. Prize draw winners will be notified by email on the day of the prize draw, and names of the winners will be published on www.
priceline.com.au on the day they are drawn. The winners’ names will also be published in The Australian on 9th December 2011.
14. If any prize is not claimed by 5pm EST on 1st March 2012, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves
the right to conduct further draws at 12pm EST on 2nd March 2012 at the same location as the original draw.The winners of this
draw will be notified by email and the names of the winners will be published on
www.priceline.com.au The winners’ names will
also be published in The Australian on 09th March 2012.
15. If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 1st May 2012, those prizes will be forfeited.
Prizes
16. There will be one major prize which includes:
• Two return economy flights from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city airport to Honolulu Airport, Hawaii; with a
connecting flight to Kahului Airport, Maui, Hawaii;
• Ten nights’ accommodation for 2 people in a 5 star hotel located in Maui
• Return transfers between Kahului Airport and hotel
• $10,000 spending money to be paid to the winner in the form of a Commonwealth Bank of Australia Travel Money Card
a.The prize does not include insurance, in-room video, telephone, mini bar or other incidentals including, but not limited to,
meals, hire cars, spa treatments.Any costs in excess of the inclusions noted in these terms are the sole responsibility of the
prize winner.
b.The prize winner may be required to present a credit card at the time of check in.Any conditions attached to the airfare wil be advised at time of booking.The Prize must be taken as a single trip booked by the Promoter and is based on two people
travelling together at all times.The prize winner (and t heir companion) must depart from and return to the same departure
point and travel together.
c.The Promoter recommends the Winner and their chosen companion take out appropriate travel insurance for their period of
travel.
d.The prize winner (and their companion) are responsible for their own transport to the nearest major airport.
e.The prize winner and their chosen companion are responsible for gaining permits to travel including passport and visa.
f.The winner must take their prize within twelve months of it being drawn.
g.The major prize is valued at $20,000.
17. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years at the time of claiming the major prize, the prize will be awarded to the Winner’s
nominated parent or legal guardian on behalf of the prize winner.
18. There will be ten runner up prizes of a $1,000 Priceline gift voucher
19. There will be 300 winners of minor prizes, details of which are provided in the table below.Ten prizes will be awarded each day,
over thirty days.The total value of these prizes is $50,300.
20. Delivery timing and method will be agreed with the winners after they have been notified of their prize.

22.Prize winners are responsible for contacting the appropriate provider and booking their own appointments when redeeming the
spa and massage sessions. The Promoter does not take responsibility for any cancellations or changes in booking that may result
in forfeiting the appointment and fee. Prize winners are required to adhere to the specific policies outlined by the provider.
23.Other costs associated with redeeming a prize are not included, including transport, accommodation and other ancillary costs
associated with redeeming vouchers and gift cards or attending any event or activity. Any unused balance of the vouchers and gift
cards will not be awarded as cash and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the issuer. Redemption of the
vouchers and gift cards is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the tickets, vouchers, gift
cards and websites. It will be the winner’s responsibility to make their own way to any event prize at their own cost.
24. The prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole
discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or
becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes
that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the
Terms and Conditions.
26. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not
provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in
accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
www.priceline.com.au.The Promoter will not disclose this
information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion
unless compelled or permitted by law. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments
and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
27. The contact details of the winning entries will be passed onto a 3rd party for prize notification and fulfillment only and will be
destroyed by the 3rd party once the prize has been sent to the winners.
28. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies will not accept liability or claims relating to or in
connection with this promotion, including, but not limited to, death or injury to any person or loss of property, and any change in
value of the prizes occurring between the publishing date and the date the prizes are claimed.
29. The total prize value of the promotion is $80,300.
