1. The promotion period begins on 1st November, 2011 at 11.00am and ends on 13th December, 2011 at 11.00 am.

7. Draw will take place at Empowered Communications, 102 York Street, South Melbourne, 3205 on the 13th December, 2011 at 11.15am. Prize winners name will be announced on this website by the 14th December, 2011 and the winner advised via email.

8. There is 1 prize to be won. The first eligible entry drawn will receive an Apple 16GB iPad 2 with Wi-Fi + 3G.

9. Total prize value is $729.

10. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 13th March, 2012 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such draw is required winner will be notified via email.
