8: How to enter
Entrants will be encouraged to visit the Medibank Pet Insurance Promotional Page on the Station Website to obtain the promotional code, and then visit www.medibankcom.au/petinsurance and follow the prompts to purchase any Medibank Pet Insurance Policy, input the requested details and submit the fully completed purchase of any Medibank Pet Insurance Policy between 0:01am AEDST on 7 November 2011 and 11.59pm AEDST on 11 December 2011;
Once the entrant has purchased their Medibank Pet Insurance

Policy, they will be prompted to select their preferred choice of Prize (either a dog coat or cat collar) by entering one of 4 promotional codes available on the Station websites (see prize details).
9: Prize Details
There are up to five hundred (500) Prizes to be won, consisting of:
- Up to two hundred and fifty (250) Medibank branded dog coats in black cotton oilskin valued at up to AU$50.00 each (including GST). The dog coats are available in the choice of 3 sizes:
o Small 35cm (code: DOGSMALL)
o Medium 55cm (code: DOGMEDIUM)
o Large 70cm (code: DOGLARGE)
- Up to two hundred and fifty (250) Medibank branded cat collars valued at up to AU$25.00 each (including GST). Cat collars are available in one size:
o (code: CATCOLLAR)
For the avoidance of doubt, only the first 250 people to purchase pet cover from Medibank Pet Insurance within the promotional period will receive the complimentary dog coat gift in their nominated size (through the entry of the promotional code in the online purchase of pet insurance)AND the first 250 people to register for a cat collar within the promotional period will receive the complimentary cat collar gift (through the entry of the promotional code in the online purchase of pet insurance).
