TERMS & CONDITIONS1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Subject to clause 3 & 12 entry is open to all residents of Western Australia. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian when claiming their prize.
3. To enter for the prize draw you must complete the registration form online at
www.WestRealEstate.com.au by midnight on Monday, 21 November 2011. Printed entries and facsimiles are not valid.
4. The prize winner will be drawn on Tuesday, 22 November 2011 at 12pm. The first valid entry drawn at random will be deemed the winner.
5. The winner will be notified by email after the prize draw. In the instance that the winner cannot be contacted by the email provided within five (5) working days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
6. Prize includes: Panasonic CS/CU-E28MKR Air Conditioning Unit valued at $3,266 INC GST. This includes GST plus installation costs. 7. In the instance that the specific model isn’t suitable for the prize winner’s home, an alternative model will be provided at equal or lesser value.
8. The prize can transferred to a relative or friend that is a home owner. 9. Delivery and installation will be the sole responsibility of Panasonic.
10. A local Panasonic representative will contact the prize winner to discuss installation of the air conditioning unit.
11. Offer includes standard back to back installation with outdoor unit at ground level (single storey). Also includes: electrical wiring back to metre box if deemed necessary by the installer (maximum 10 metres). Remote locations outside of major regional centres may incur extra charges. Any additional costs outside of these guidelines to be paid by the competition winner.
12. The winner must be the homeowner of the house/unit where the prize will be installed.
13. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of that winner. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a prize of similar nature and/or like or greater value.
15. By entering this competition you agree to allow the Promoter and its partners in this promotion to contact you for any future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
16. It is a condition of entry that all prize winners agree to have their name and suburb published for publicity purposes if required. By participating in this competition, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the requirement to participate in promotional activity if required.
