Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw
ENTRY CONDITIONS FOR DOUBLE HAPPY MONTHLY LUCKY DRAW
1.The Double Happy Monthly Lucky Draw is conducted by 2XCubed Pty Ltd ACN 152 306 422 of 1/84 Hindley Street, Adelaide SA 5000 Australia (“we/us/our”).
2.By entering the Double Happy Monthly Lucky Draw ('Draw'), you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these conditions.
3.The Double Happy Monthly Lucky Draw is open to any person over the age of 15 years who accepts these conditions. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE CONDITIONS YOU MAY NOT ENTER A DRAW.
4.Employees and their immediate families of 2XCubed Pty Ltd and its associated companies are not permitted to enter.
5.The Draws commence on 11 October 2011 and conclude on 27 September 2012 (“the Draw Period”) and the eligible entry period for each monthly prize will commence and conclude on the following dates and times:

6.In order to enter a Monthly Lucky Draw, you must be a registered user on our website
www.doublehappyrabbits.com before or during the Draw Period.
7.Each person who has registered during the Draw Period and who has opted in to the Draw list will be entered into the relevant monthly prize Draw.
8.Each monthly prize Draw will take place at 9:30am (Adelaide time) on the first business day of the following closure of the competition at 2XCubed Pty Ltd, 1/84 Hindley Street, Adelaide SA 5000 Australia, being:-

9.There will be one winner and one prize for each monthly Draw.
10.The winner of each monthly prize will be randomly selected from our Draw list.
11.The prize for each Draw and the value of each prize Draw will be announced in advance of each Draw period on the Double Happy website and in Happy Vs. The Infinite Sadness Newsletter.
12.Our decision in relation to each winning entry will be final and we will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of a Draw.
13.The winner of each Draw will be notified by email at the email address in our registered user database within 14 days of the relevant Draw including instructions in relation to the delivery and collection of the prize. Each winner’s name will also be published in the Double Happy Vs. The Infinite Sadness newsletter and on Facebook and Twitter.
14.Unclaimed prizes may be collected from 2XCubed Pty Ltd, 1/84 Hindley Street, Adelaide SA 5000 Australia for a period of six months after the date of the Draw.
15.Each winner’s name and prize will be displayed in a prominent place at 2XCubed Pty Ltd, 1/84 Hindley Street, Adelaide SA 5000 Australia for a period of seven days following the date of the relevant Draw.
16.You consent to receiving emails from us concerning any Competitions you enter. Unless you refuse your consent by sending an email to
admin@doublehappyrabbits.com, you also consent to receiving promotional emails about new Competitions and any other news relevant to the entertainment property entitled Double Happy vs. The Infinite Sadness. You can also opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link contained within the email and following the instructions.
17.Unless you refuse your consent sending an email to
admin@doublehappyrabbits.com, you consent to the use of your personal information for the secondary purpose of research about our user database, to give us a better understanding of the age, gender and interest of users, in order to help ensure that our entertainment properties are relevant and enjoyed by our audience. 19.You release and agree to keep us indemnified from any claim, cost, demand, tax, liability or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by us, our directors, employees, agents and representatives arising out of you entering a Draw.
20.We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in a Draw, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of a Draw including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
21.In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, we are entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a Draw.
22.If any part of provision in these conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, that part or provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
23.We are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including without limitation direct, indirect and consequential loss and damages) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering or trying to enter a Draw or using a prize won in a Draw, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24.These conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us as to its subject matter. By entering a Draw, you accept that the agreement is to be interpreted, and any disputes are to be determined by the courts having jurisdiction in South Australia, in accordance with the laws in force in South Australia from time to time.
