1. information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. entry is open to queensland (qld), news south wales (nsw) and australian capital territory (act) residents only. the promoter, other entities and agencies associated with this competition, their related bodies corporate and each of their officers, agents, employees and immediate family of any of them are ineligible to enter.

3. to gain entry into the competition, each individual must, register online or in store to receive the trade secret e-newsletter and tell us in 25 words or less which room of the house you’d like to makeover and why? to enter online the customer must register or login to the member area of the trade secret website
www.tradesecret.com.au (the trade secret website).
4. no responsibility will be taken by the promoter for any ineligible or lost entries or entries submitted or received by the promoter after the closing date. entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions are incomplete, or submitted or received by the promoter after the closing date will be declared void.
5. the competition prize draw of winners will take place at 10.00am (aedst) on tuesday 22/11/2011, at the head office of the promoter at 3-7 mcpherson st banksmeadow, nsw. the winner will be drawn by computer generated selection. the winner/s will be contacted by email or phone on 22/11/2011, relying on contact details provided by the entrant. the winner will also be published on the trade secret facebook and twitter pages by 22/11/2011. the result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. entry details remain the property of the promoter. acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance by the winner of these terms and conditions and approval to use the winner’s name, unless specifically requested by the winner not to do so at the time of accepting the prize.
