Fresh from screening at the Brisbane International Film Festival, Samoan film The Orator is about to get a wider release. The first feature film made in Samoa entirely in the Samoan language, it’s the story of Saili, a farmer trying to regain the status of his father, the former village chief, while being opposed by the current chief – who doesn’t believe Saili has either the oratory skills or the height required. Thanks to Transmission Films we’ve got 10 double in-season passes to The Orator to give away.
