QUESTION: Tell us in 25 words or less what would your ideal Hong Kong dining experience be.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.Information on how to enter and win prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2.Entry is open to residents of New South Wales and Victoria only, aged 18 and above only. Employees and their immediate families of Print & Digital Publishing Pty Ltd (‘Promoter’), Creative Tours Pty Limited (trading as “Creative Holidays”), the Harbour Plaza North Point Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Hong Kong Tourism Board (ABN 18001360225) and their related corporate bodies are not eligible to enter this promotion.

3.The Promotion commences at 9AM Wednesday 31 August 2011 and concludes 5 PM Tuesday 29 November 2011 (‘promotion period’).

4.To enter, participants must log on to au.timeout.com and complete the entry form to be entered in the competition. All completed entries will be entered to the draw.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Entries must be in the entrant’s real and complete name. Multiple entries are not allowed - one entry per person.

6. There will be one Grand Prize draw. The draw will take place at 41 Bridge Road, Glebe NSW 2037, at 5pm on Wednesday 30 November 2011. All eligible entries received during the promotion period will be entered into the draw. The winner will be notified by either by phone or by email and their details published on au.timeout.com. The first valid and eligible entry drawn will win the Grand Prize.

7.         Grand Prize: The prize is a trip for 2 people to Hong Kong and is being provided by Creative Holidays. The prize includes the following:
- Return economy flights for 2 people flying Cathay Pacific Airways Limited from Sydney or Melbourne to Hong Kong
- 4 nights twin share accommodation at the Harbour Plaza North Point

Total prize value is $2,500 (the prize value is correct  as at 28 July 2011).  Travel must be booked prior to 31 December 2011, and taken between 16 Jan 12 and 31 Mar 12 ,subject to availability. The Prize winner is recommended to book both air and hotel as early as possible to ensure travel availability. Travel cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred and cannot be used in conjunction with FF programs. The prize does not cover (i) any other travel costs incurred (ii) any domestic travel to and from the stipulated departure points (iii) any other costs and incidentals including taxes and government surcharges, not directly related to the travel booking (eg credit card charges and government taxes), and (iv) meals and tips, transfer fees passports, excess baggage, any other personal expenses and travel insurances 


All components of the prize must be taken together and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services. Airline tickets must be used in conjunction with the trip and flights are valid on Cathay Pacific Airways services only, over the specified routing in the stated class of travel.

‘Top up’ of the prize is allowed where the purchase of additional travel products and services from Creative Holidays is added to the prize. This will be at full retail cost to the winner.

Travel restrictions may apply. The prize winner and their travel companion must travel together. If for any reason the winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, and between the dates indicated, the winner will forfeit the prize and no compensation will be given in lieu. The winner must confirm his/her ability to accept the prize by 14 December 2011 or else the prize will be forfeited.

Other conditions relating to flights: (1) Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorseable for travel on any other airline (2) The prize will be forfeited for any breach of these conditions or any unlawful use of the prize (3) The travel period cannot be extended beyond the expiry date (4) Once the tickets have been issued they are valid only for the flights/dates shown (5) Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued on these tickets. (6) Prizewinner seats are subject to availability.

8.The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant not claiming a prize. If any prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further draws, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw on 30 November 2011. The winner, if any will be notified by phone, in writing, published on the www.timeoutsydney.com.au

9.Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.

11.The Prize will only be delivered upon the winner contacting Creative Holidays via marketing@creativeholidays.com.au

12.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

13.Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

14.The Promoter collects information about you to include you in the promotion and, where appropriate, to award prizes and may also use the information to assist it in improving its goods and services and to contact you, including by electronic communication methods (including email and SMS) in the future with special offers.  The Promoter may share your information with its Australian related companies, Creative Holidays, and the Hong Kong Tourism Board who may contact you with special offers.
 
15.     By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees in addition to the above uses, that the Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information, to State and Territory lottery departments, the winners’ names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation and the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner's names and suburb in any media.

16.     The winner releases the promoter and all prize sponsors from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses), cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the promotion or the prize.  The winner and his or her guest must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the promoter and/or the prize sponsor as a condition of a prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
