Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is by filling in the competition form on the designated tab on the a2 MilkTM fan page on the Facebook platform.
3. Promotion commences at 11:00am AEST on (19/10/2011) and closes at 11.00am AEST on 23/11/2011. All entries must be received by 11:00am AEST on 23/11/2011
4. Upon completion of the promotion period, a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter will select the ten (10) winning entries based on the creativity of the entries. The judging will take place at 11.00am on 24th November, 2011 at A2 Dairy Products Australia Pty Ltd, 832 High Street, East Kew, VIC 3102. The winners will be notified by email. The winners’ names and entries will be published on
www.a2milk.com.au from 24/11/2011. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees (and their immediate families) of A2 Dairy Products Australia Pty Ltd, its related entities and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits
an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Entry is limited to one entry per person.
9. The ten (10) winning entries as determined by the judges will each win a Coles Myer Shopping Voucher. There are ten (10) Shopping Vouchers in total to be won. Each voucher is worth $250, $200, $150, $100, $100, $50, $50, $50, $50, and $50.
10. Total prize pool is valued at RRP $1050.00 (including GST). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
11. If for any reason a winner does not redeem his or her prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemed as cash.
12. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
13. The winner of a prize must sign an acknowledgement that he/she has received the prize.
14. If for any reason the winner does not redeem his or her prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemed as cash.
15. The promoter highly recommends a current residential street address be provided when requested for ease of correspondence and potential prize delivery. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to deliver prizes to the addresses provided by competition entrants. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any prizes returned to the Promoter due to non-delivery at the provided address will be resent to the prize winner.
16. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner to claim fulfillment of the promotional prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If any prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the entry judged as the next most creative entry received. 18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, (a) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (b) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; © use of a prize.
19.The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant gives their consent by “opting in” to receive marketing information, Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning to the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
